These folks were GREAT. Very helpful, and even noticed a situation with MY tow vehicle that could have caused a problem later. I have used U-HAUL many times in the past. Called for a quote and started asking for personal information. You have no right to do that. I would even think it's against the law. All I wanted was a quote and you're wanting to waste my time. It isn't right. Never asking you, again. Why do you think people don't want to give out information. You probably sell our information. That is the only reason you'd ask. I consider this theft.

Local staff is friendly and capable. Got me on my way in a timely manner, and made it easy to move everything by myself. But they didn't have the equipment I reserved and I had to get a smaller truck. Added a stress I didn't need when moving out of state.

I made my reservation early this morning and I got the confirmation to pick up the truck at 8am tomorrow morning, I got a text at 3pm today that my truck won’t be ready until 1pm. I called the store and they said they have one I can pick up today and turn it in tomorrow at noon. Doesn’t make any sense, why can’t they give me that same truck tomorrow morning? I do NOT recommend this place. For what I think the truck I rented was given to another person. I called and they transferred me with 5 different agents and they did not solve anything. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Do not loose your money with this company. In my opinion they are very corrupt, not responsable and they do not have any ethic. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

My experience was a hassle I put in a reservation for a 20 foot truck 3 weeks befor I had to move. I requested that truck because that was the biggest truck that would find in the location I was moving to to unload it. When I came to pick up the truck I requested the agent stated they couldn't find the truck I wanted due to the holiday weekend mind you I was picking up the truck January 1on Sunday. So they upgraded me to a 28 footer that would not fit so the only other truck they has was a 15 footer to move a 3 bed room house...the agent then said they can get me a 8 by 5 trailer for 10 bucks I said perfect but come to find out cause I towed it with my own pick up it was 45 bucks......get your head in the game uhaul
