TRENDING NAIL SPA

Ive been a regular customer since they first opened, I’ve always been satisfied with their work. On 6/9/21 I went in for a full set & BASIC pedicure. My nails were almond shape with a white design, my toes just a simple white tip, & shellac on both. I paid a grand total of $130.00 for my two services. I emailed them twice for a more elaborate explanation of my charges since I did not get a receipt & never received a call or email back. Full set states $42+ on the site, basic pedicure is $25 and shellac is $10. I went in for a copy of my receipt and he was not able to give me one. I am always satisfied with my nails but due to their overpricing, I will not be returning. Also, appointment times scheduled never occur on time, you will always wait a long period of time because their scheduling system is a mess. From experience, ask, ask and ASK for exact pricing on everything. When I say all the charges when I went in I was charged $60 for my full set and $18 for shellac including design. Which doesn’t match their pricing online.

I really want to like this place but the scheduling really needs to change. I have called 4 different times in the last few months to schedule an appointment. I have also walked in 3 other times. Every time they have told me they do not have time. I am totally fine with a wait but they won’t even let me do that. I want to get my nails done here for my wedding in September and figured since I never can get in to call way in advance. When I called last week to do that they said they only need a few days notice. Obviously that is not the case when I have tried to call a week in advance and they always say they can’t. I am so frustrated I’m really to just give up and go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

This was my first time visiting Trending and I am so amazed at their efficiency and talent! I was nervous to visit since it was my first time, but the staff and the environment made me feel very welcomed. They are amazing at what they do and I left feeling SO happy with the result. Just from one visit I decided this is where I am going to continue going to get my nails done. 😊

They are the best nails spa in Grand Island I come all the way from Miami and they have the same prices and quality. Highly recommend!!

I go just for pedicures. Every time I receive excellent service in a clean environment with adequate sanitization of equipment. The nail technicians do a thorough job performing all aspects of the pedicure and not just rushing through to the next person. Always a great experience.

Didn't have to wait to long to get my nails done they were very nice and did an amazing job on my Ombre acrylic nails they are expensive but they do an amazing job I am just so in love would definitely recommend ❤️ P.s they are always very booked so suggest setting an appointment:)
