I put a 1 star cause you can't put none. Yes a big 0. I went up and got my one tooth that broke and causing me pain. So I was told I will get a call when they have a dentist the volunteers there time. I have never been called. It's been 8 or 9 months since I went up. I've called a couple of times and got nowhere . So save your time and go somewhere else. For someone who needed help and was on a really tight budget because of our lovely world we live in I have to deal with the pain and trouble that they don't care about. BRAVO!! Another Grand Island Nebraska business with cappy service.

I had called to make an appointment for a friend who was very close to broke. The lady was rude and behaved as though the funding for this was coming out of her own pocket. I Have never absent some catastrophic circumstance heard of any clinic treating people in this shoddy way. The receptionist needs to be replaced or be given some semblance of training in front desk management and professional communication. Oddly enough I spoke to someone just this week who called to seek out an appointment who needed insulin immediately and they made it as difficult as possible if NOT impossible for her to make an appointment. Since when do we treat people in this way in the medical profession. Absolutely appalling and egregious on every level.
