Lady answering the phone is VERY rude. Asked about a package being delivered and she completely cut me off and rambled and when I asked her to repeat what she said, she hung up. She was absolutely no help in contacting the right place.

Hello, good evening, I have taken the time to give my opinion here because I still do not understand how it is that the staff of this store still have their jobs, here I am telling you my mother and I went to this store last year to try to make a delivery, the lady who is still there, treated us very badly, did not make eye contact at any time and as soon as she heard our accent, she sent the next person in line to pass, ignoring us and when she wanted to attend to us, we told her what we were going for and She simply told us that she did not understand us in a very despotic way, I do speak the language and she understood me only because I was discriminated against. I have been reading some opinions here and I have identified with some situations that have happened to others in this store like when we went to get a package and we were mistreated. On October 10 of this year my mother went alone to send something to my sister, she served as a translator in a speaker call and this lady told me sister that she did not listen to anything and in the form of mockery, with a loud voice and in front of everyone humiliated my mother and told her and her co-worker that English is spoken in America.... The level of education and preparation of this lady it is level zero since anyone who knows the constitution of this country knows that nowhere does it say that the official language of the United States is English, in fact, rather this lady has to learn to study another language since here we are all immigrants, we must study a little more about the origins of this country to be able to give opinions. Everyone knows that the most widely spoken language is English and the second is Spanish, following other languages ​​on the list, at least my mother tried and she can't even do that. But I reiterate again nowhere in the constitution does it say that the English language is official. how are you. This country belongs to EVERYONE.

I especially went to this UPS store..I've been going here for years..They are very friendly and accommodating..I shipped out 3 huge Christmas boxes to my kids in Michigan..They din't dissapoint...They were just as friendly and knowledgeable as they always have been in the past years...I would recommend this store..

if I could rate zero stars I would. I filed a claim in August of 2022 and as of Jan 2023 still have not recieved my compensation for a damaged eirloom from a deceased family member. For months I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue and either cannot get a hold of anyone or I keep getting told its on the way or a tracking will be provided and none of which has happened. WORST communication ever. I suppose the BBB may be able to do something. Absolutely terrible customer service, and no care for timeliness.

Got there 15min before closing. Moe was the employee who helped us. He was very friendly and made good small talk. He explained all the different prices really well what priced double checked that there wasn't anything else we needed. It only took 5ish minutes to confirm everything and pay. It was also a lot cheaper then it would have been sending a package through the post office.
