I had been trying to deal with my parents backed up drain for a week. I live in a different town and I couldn't seem to get a plumber to return my calls. I had been at their house every day with my son trying to unplug the drains. Finally on Sunday I realized I was searching the wrong thing. I searched drains. The Drain Cleaner came up. I decided to call even though it was Sunday and I didn't expect to get a reply. To my surprise Brandon answered I told him the situation. He had just been in their town on a job. I didn't ask him to come back but thank goodness he volunteered to come back. He was on another job and gave me enough time to get to their house. I doubt anyone else would have done that. I met them there. They showed me the tree roots that are growing in the drains and within an hour they had them cleaned. They were very professional they were very nice and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed. I was even more impressed when I paid the bill as it was so reasonable. I wasted almost as much as the bill was on chemicals. I won't make that mistake next time I'll call Brandon. Thanks again Brandon.

Very professional! Responded to my phone call immediately at 4pm and set up a time to fix the issue at 8 am the next day. My drain issue wasn't a dire need situation and I told them anytime in the week. They arrived on time and ready to get the job done. I have had water come up my basement drain at least 10 times in the last 2 years. I have called the same company (Holling Plumbing) every time, twice in the last 3 months. Every time they came they roter rootered my drain claiming to get all the tree roots out. Well, it happened again so I called The Drain Cleaner and he came and saved the day! He used a camera and showed me what he was doing as he was doing it, showing the crazy amount of tree roots in my line as well as what it looked like when he was done. There was NO WAY the other company did what they said they did. Thank you Brandon! If I could give a 10/5* I would!

I arranged for this guy to go to Aurora to unclog the drain in my mom's 50 year old mobile home. He was able to do it the next day, and my mom is AMAZED by the results! She'd been waiting for over 3 weeks for the local plumber to show up, to run a snake through the drain. This guy did it so much better she says it's like all of the pipes are brand new. He did within 24 hours what local plumbers seem like they did not want to touch. She said she will definitely recommend this guy, he is not nearly as expensive as a regular plumber. Our problem was a sewer that was backing up and of course it is on a Sunday. We went on line for a plumber. There we found The Drain Cleaner. We are so glad that we did. Brandon and his helper were here fairly quickly and went right to work. Brandon showed me how plugged our sewer pipes were. They got them all cleaned out and cleaned up everything before they left. The rate was very reasonable and we would definitely use them again.

We had trouble about 5:45 pm, after talking to our local plumber, he recommended that we call Brandon. I called and Brandon was on the way! Being almost 45 minutes away, after hours it was good to know it was going to be handled and we were Amazed how prompt, quick and Professional, Brandon was! He knew exactly what to do and did it!
