Always friendly and welcoming! The beds and rooms are always clean and theres never much of a wait. Sure missing Suntan city during this whole virus thing. Cant wait to get back in those beds!!

They keep closing early. It’s not right when I drive all the way there and it’s closed.

Excellent customer service at this location, very friendly and personal. Always showing me new products and informing me about specials. Rooms and beds are always well kept and clean. Makes my trip in so much better!

Went in to just tan one time, ONE TIME TAN $33…..pathetic!

Every time I come in, the staff is very welcoming. I feel like they help me get the results I want. When I first came in, I was only planning on tanning once & not actually starting a membership. The store offers such great deals that I could not turn them down. Finding another tanning salon doesn’t even cross my mind!

I loved Sun Tan City but they recently changed hours, I can understand being short staffed but I left work early today just to tan and got there 10 minutes before close and the doors were already locked, then I call and am told I can only freeze my membership in-store.. the same store that was already closed before they “close” so now I’m out over $500 because I paid for my membership in full and with the new hours cannot use it nor apparently can I freeze it because they won’t allow me to over the phone.

they were not clear on how the monthly membership worked. Grand Island is a fool to only have Sun Tan City here. I am from Lincoln and miss Palm Beach. They actually take care of their customers unlike Sun Tan City. I will now be paying 80 dollars next month even though i specifically said I was only tanning the month of March. Huge rip off, I would not recommend.

I was overcharged this weekend.When I called to get it corrected they told me I would have to call customer service. I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour.

All the gals here are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I've been a loyal customer for many years minus 3 due to an accident and tanning wasn't something I could enjoy. I can be extra ridiculous at times and they always entertain me. I have a favorite gal (pretty sure she's manager) who brightens anyones day with her amazing cheerful welcoming attitude and smile ❤️!!!! When the staff is excited about promotions, products and events it says sooooo much about who you're doing business with 😀 It's obvious why the competition has never lasted here locally. Shout out to the current staff for pulling through while never lacking with the quality, great customer service and cleanliness with the obstacles this last year 👏

Different Levels of tanning if your looking to kick back and get the gradual tan or need some sunshine or your skin quick. They also offer spray tans. Love the all the choices. Facility and beds were clean and promptly attended to after each customer.
