I went there on a Monday and by Thursday I had 2 broke nails. By Saturday I had 5 nails that were completely in shambles. I will say they did fix the 5 nails for free but 2 days later I had another broken nail on 1 of the 5 they had just fixed. For $35 I expected much better.

Chose the first item on the menu (gel full set) and no one knew how to even do it. They got out the acrylic powder and when I said "no, gel" then they handed me the shellac samples. Usually a decent place, but after today, I will not be going back.

I came in and they were very friendly. After the lady got started on my nails she had a phone call and took it while trying to file my nails. She was on the phone for about 5 minutes. She took an hour to just file my nails down and get them to a shape. Then another 10-15 minutes for the polish. She was very rough on my hands and very rude. It was also way too expensive for what I got and my experience.

I wanted to treat my mom and daughter so I took them to Sandys nails for a manicure. Only one person was working and she only put our fingertips in warm water and then painted our nails! Nothing else not to mention she never sat down just moved down the line didn’t spend more that 5 mins on each of us! Totally and incredibly disappointed in our experience! Our nail polish was so badly painted mine was clumped up and bubbled! My daughter had polish all over her finger and half on her nails! My moms was awful. I would not recommend this place I paid my $45 and left! I left no tip and she had the audacity to say to me when I paid I spent the most time on you! Seriously if you’re looking for a relaxing good quality manicure do not go here!

AMAZING service and the first place to get my nails done right and came out beautiful! highly recommend!

The work does not reflect the outrageous prices especially when I have to come home and fix my nails this was not only a waste of time and money but completely disappointing we will not be returning or recommending anyone to this place

I got my ombré gel nails done today, and had a good experience! I was a walk in customer and they didn’t turn me away. And the price was so worth it!!! I love my nails. And it was so relaxing. Highly recommend this place if you need a cheap yet amazing place to go to!

I have been here a few times abd each visit it wonderful and I come away relaxed abd nails look wonderful. Very kind workers.

I called for a walk in to get my nails done. Waited for 20mins to be helped, got set up with a girl who I could only imagine was new because she kept we asking for help. Showed her the way I wanted my acrylics, multiple times. When she filed my nails she jerked my hand around & when she used the power sander device, she pushed so hard I could feel the heat on my nail, to the point I had to pull it away. After almost 2 hours she still hadn’t finished filing the acrylic powder she put on the nails & for some reason put a ton of super glue underneath my nail. 🤔 eventually, another lady finally took over after the pedicure gal mentioned something to her, probably the annoyed look on my face. She did the nail painting & lotioning part. End result, all my nails are different shapes & lengths, half of the are crooked. My thumb nails don’t even follow my actual nail line. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ will never go back, completely ruined my mood, especially since I got them done for family pictures tomorrow afternoon & I have no time to get them fixed somewhere else. 😪😪 10/10 would NOT recommend.

They’re service was very friendly and my mom loved how her nails turned out!
