Getting more product in. Variety and selection in some areas still hurting but a given with how economy has been. Satisfied with visit and cant wait to see what deals I find next time. Update 07sep22: still out of a few items here and there but place was busy and people everywhere. Associates were busy and trying to get people checked out or restocking to best of ability.

I think you need to invest in a few more shopping carts Really sad when you have to go wait for people to unload their carts at their car and ask for their cart!

Just a note. I went there to grab a bite to eat at the cafe. They were swamped with people/long lines. The staff at the cafe was awesome. Even though they were busy, they were friendly and calm as they filled all the orders. I was impressed with the service and helpfulness.

This Sam's Club is great. They usually have most of what I need. Staff is polite and helpful. Alonzo in the meat department goes above and beyond any time I place an order! John, Patrick and Tim have been extremely helpful as well!

We appreciate having access to a good Sam's Club in central Nebraska but we have been increasingly disappointed in their lack of checkers and their declining customer service. Recently, credit card customers were no longer allowed to pay their monthly statements at the customer service desk. Instead, to make a payment the client must stand in their long check out lines. Last Monday 8/22/22 I stopped in to pay my statement and only one checkout line was open with 10 customers with loaded carts ahead of me. I spoke to a manager who was not polite who basically told me "too bad, so sad". Sam's Club can do better when clients wish to pay them!

Love the plus membership, love the free delivery feature. Special thanks to the driver who delivered on 1/18/23 in snow, I didn’t expect a delivery today. Hope he stays safe and warm.

Always a good day at Sam's! Everything looked good, some items out of stock but likely a supply issue and not just the store. Super busy too and everyone just working away to make it a great shopping experience for their customers.

Always clean! Produce and meat are always good! We enjoy going to Sam’s. Friendly staff. Scan and go check out is great!
