Once agian Katie and the service department came thru for us.Just hours before leaving for South Dakota on a Labor Day weekend our slide quit working. I called Katie and she told me to hurry down. They fixed my slide with no appointment and made our trip possible.Cant say enough positive about you guys your awesome.

People were friendly but seemed too busy to talk through price options. Still waiting for a callback on price quotes. 3 stars Update. After the review I did get a call back from them with prices I had requested.

4 people working at the front desk of parts and all of them had a "deer in the headlights" look when we showed them the actual part we needed. Luckily a guy that looked like he worked on campers came out and answered our question. They told us to call in the morning with the measurments and they would have the part waiting for us at the front desk for pick up. 4 people in front of computers and not one thought to check if they actually had them in stock. We call the next day to order and they are out of stock for a month.

I am a first time camper owner and I brought in a 1984 Fleetwood, now they could have sold me almost anything but Lainey talked over what condition the camper was in before I brought it in and then walked through the unit with me. Told her I didn't want to kill my family on our first trip. After dropping my camper off they got it in and told me of a few important items that needed to be replace and then gave me prices on some others. Lainey was not pushy or anything she listened and was very helpful. If and when I need to bring it back I have no hesitation about Rich & Sons.

The service and staff at Rich and Sons is excellent! I traveled from Virginia for my warranty inspection and few other service items. Katie coordinated everything and ensured parts were available. it was easy for me! Shawn W. did the work, to include installing slide covers. He reinforced my closet shelf, which looks great and will certainly hold all my clothes and shoes (I'm a female and have lots of them) Thank you, once again for a great experience at Rich and Sons!! Well worth my trip from VA!! You guys are the best

The service professionalism and attention to detail at this dealership is outstanding. We traveled here from Colorado for our Warranty Forever inspection and service. Included were a number of items that required troubleshooting and repair. All items were addressed properly and resolved the same day. We appreciate the efficiency and focus the service department brings, it is very apparent that our time is respected. Thank you for you service excellence, we will see you next year.
