I contacted Nick because I was having pain in my lower back and hips. It was painful to do almost anything I enjoyed. Nick came to my home for therapy, which was really convenient for me. He listened and observed, and chose exercises that specifically met my needs. He noticed I was struggling with balance, so he addressed that need also. Nick brought simple exercise equipment, but also suggested ways to use household items as exercise tools. After several weeks of therapy, I am feeling stronger. I am more pain-free and I am back to enjoying activities again. If I do have pain in my lower back, I now have methods to work with it. I would definitely suggest calling Nick if any of my friends or family members need a physical therapist. Thank you, Nick
