I love PF. Very clean and comfortable gym with plenty of machines and treadmills. $10/month gets you all the weights and machines you want 24/7... another $10 and you can do classes, tan and use the massage beds. Lots ofbang for the buck!

The newest fitness place in Grand Island. True 24/7 unlike many of the other Planet Fitness locations....I’ve actually worked out at 2 or 3 in the morning, awesome when you just can’t sleep!!! Unfortunately they get 4 stars because they just don’t have ready available classes you can sign up for to target specific body parts in 30 minute time frames while you are there. Very clean!

I think this is the cleanest planet fitness I've been to. I've traveled and visited clubs in other cities and states but the grand island location is the best I've been to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The club is always clean, including the locker rooms. I've even seen the staff cleaning the club and the machines, which I have not seen at other locations.

Clean, clean, and clean! Friendly helpful staff. Good variety of machines and free weights. Did I mention how clean it is?

So, I was nervous at first. So far, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. No issues at all.

I just arrived to the gym and as soon as I got on a machine, an older man came up to me and used a very aggressive tone on me.. asking me if I was using the machine. I politely said yes. As he was walking away he started cussing at me and being rude overall. He went to complain about me and this other girl who had nothing to do with this situation and was simply working out. The front desk lady (Becky) handled the situation very poorly and we were blamed because of the “complaints” that she was receiving. That we were taking too long & we were on our phone. Keep in mind I just sat down and pulled my phone to pick a song. It didn’t even take me a minute! There was two witnesses that saw the whole thing and agreed that I had done nothing wrong. Situations like these should be handled differently. I felt very uncomfortable due to my anxiety and because I don’t appreciate people yelling at me and employees not doing anything about it!

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Locker rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, all the TVs work, all the equipment works, all the facilities look brand new, and staff is helpful. Good mix of young and old people working out. One thing I liked in particular was the changing rooms next to the showers so you don’t have to walk naked through the locker room. Haha. Excellent gym.

Was a pleasant first experience going to a public gym. It was around 1 a.m. but the staff were kind and helpful, and seemed well energized. A good first impression.

I decided to go workout today like usual & the employee at the front desk named Becky approached me and this other female. The employee said that she received 4 complaints about us and accused us of talking, taking too long, and being on the phone. We explained to her our side of the story. There was a guy who raised his voice and cussed at the female directly.I had nothing to do with this situation. He didn't talk to me nor did the people around me. I did notice how he was all friendly with the employee and you could easily know they were friends from the start! He got his wife to complain about us too. Me and this female were just starting our workouts and we didn't say anything or do anything, other than working out and listening to music!! The employee didn't even talk to him about his wrongs or anything and were the only one getting blamed. There was a nice lady who was working out and she approached us and said that we were wrongfully accused and that she saw the whole thing and noticed that we weren’t talking or using our phones during our Workout. This was a bad experience and we received horrible service.

Nicest gym/fitness center in the tri-cities! Great spot to workout with no judgement or criticism. Take it from me, I'm older and overweight and I have felt uncomfortable at several other gyms in town. Planet Fitness has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Clean, clean! Lots of space, never a wait for machines because they have so many...Tons of cardio... Life Fitness treadmills, Cybex elliptical machines, and stairclimbers. The newest and nicest bikes and recumbent bikes in town. Plenty of free weights, racks and complete Cybex full muscle group isolation work stations. Full circuit training and 30 minute circuit options for those who do circuit work. Anything and everything you need for a great workout, from beginner to advanced. Open 24/5 and great weekend hours. The manager and staff are super friendly, professional, courteous and always willing to assist. Nice super clean and spacious bathrooms and locker rooms. Immaculate gym overall. Great membership prices and with premium 'Blackcard' membership, you have access to free tanning and massage facilities. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
