Pizza Ranch

Food was EXCELLENT! Service was good. We had a large group and were able to sit together and eat. There was always someone coming around picking up our empty plates. Very nice place to eat too much!

Not the same quality as the Pizza Ranch I remember visiting in Pierre, SD back in the late 90s, but you could probably say the same thing about all the other restaurant chains out there. Just giving them five stars because the owners are not ashamed to make it publicly known that they are Christians who support Christian charities and they play KLOVE at their establishment as well! I don't eat there as much as I'm tempted to just because I need to watch my waistline and eat a healthy diet, and putting their soft serve ice cream on the chocolate chip cookie pie on their dessert bar is highly addictive for me, so I enjoy eating there sparingly.

Very disappointed with my experience this go around. Pizza was appeared dried out and old. Wasn't asked if there's any special pizza that we would like prepared when paying and overall seating area looked dirty. Wish I would have looked at the buffet before paying otherwise my family of 4 would have went elsewhere. Spent close to $50 and still had to run through MD's drive-thru after leaving. Definitely would not recommend.

Very poor service, no food out except one pizza at a time. Tables full of trash not being cleaned up, we had go ask for someone to clear the tables and if ever bring any food out. Definitely not worth the trip especially for the cost way to expensive for not getting anything

Yummy ! Covid causes problems everywhere , but they have it handled here for better safety with out shutting down the buffet. Social distance and clean helps. Cute arcade ,reasonable prices and fun staff ! ( ps amazing ice cream ! Goes great on the chocolate chip cookie )

the decoration is beautiful the food also the part of the gaming machines is an excellent idea

We drove 4 hours just to get to this place. We arrive 8:03pm, parked the car, get down with the kids very excited as it is not available where we live. While walking towards the restaurant there's a big guy standing outside with the pizza ranch hat on his head (assuming he work there). He stops as from getting in, and said we are not accepting customer anymore as we are closing early today. And my husband said It says you close at 9pm, then he answered, "well yeah reason why we start cleaning by 8;30pm". At that moment my husband looked at the time and said it's just 8:11. Then he looked at his phone and said " well today we are closing early" with angry tone on his voice. As we looked inside there's only couple tables/customer eating, but the pizza ranch crew are already busy clearing the food bar @8pm. The guy says, as you can see, we are already cleaning so if you get in there will be no more food in the bar. We are really very disappointed. The crew are obviously deciding to close it early by themselves. As they send this guy outside to stop people from getting in. We don't recommend this place, very poor customer service.

The food here was flawless &the food bar was continuously stocked! The workers here do a good job! Empty plate was taken by staff within a few minutes. The variety of pizza was amazing! Was a bit loud but personally it didn't bother me. Amazing place to eat!

This is the Best Pizza Ranch ever! Best one Ive ever been to. Came in from Lincoln at lunch and the manager/owner?? was amazing! So nice and HE WAS HUSTLING :) So impressive on how he was running the place at noon. The place was busy with many cowboys and construction workers and he was getting many fresh pizzas and chicken out fast! Great pizza and even better chicken. The buffet was full at all times, a huge mountain of chicken and everything was hot and fresh! Their chicken is the best in my opinion. You've gotta stop here.. you won't be disappointed! One of the best places Ive stopped at to eat in a long time!! Way to go Grand Island Pizza Ranch!

The music they play is wonderful. I love you listen to praise and worship music. The food was hot and delicious. The place was nice and clean the staff was very friendly. Thank you.
