I don't normally write reviews, but our cat was our baby, this clinic overdosed and killed our cat. Billed us. Lied. Doctored med rec. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM! Our cat went for routine neuter surgery, they made critical anesthesia error, they overdosed our beloved cat. They lied about, also that staff, observes your pet overnight after surgery, found out that's a complete lie, ABSOLUTELY no staff is there with your pet, there alone overnight no observation, BUT U WILL B CHARGED FOR IT. if I can save one pet, writing this review was worth it. Thanks for reading.

Staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Wilcox is wonderful about explaining situations and the medical decisions that are made. Very pleased with every interaction we've had with Parks!

After calling many veterinarians in the area, Park's veterinarian said bring pebbles in as a drop off. The others where telling me in a week. I felt that she needed medical attention right away. I may have been overreacting, yet they treated me with great respect, and they took it very seriously. I will entrust my service animal pebbles with them for as long as I have her, and live in this city. Thank you Parks Veterinarian for everything.

I believe we had Dr. Mark Hughes help us. Our dog Milo was so stubborn and Dr. Hughes did so well with and was caring. He was quick to answer questions and we will be going back from here on out! I will say, it’s not the cheapest but the best care by far!

Their staff and veterinarians are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help or explain what is going on. I know my dogs are in the best care when they are there. Thank you Parks for providing the best service and care for our beloved companions!

I am always greeted with kindness and know my Pets will always be taken care of. Chunk absolutely LOVES the staff at Parks and I am never worried about him boarding there. I recently brought in his new sister, Winnie, and everyone loved up on her and the dr we met with patiently listen to all the questions I had and did a thorough exam. I cannot recommend Parks enough.

I love Parks been going here for a few years! Such great staff and the doctors are awesome super friendly! They have helped me in the past with my rabbit & guinea pig and currently take my 2 bonded kittens and other cat!. I always feel comfortable leaving them knowing they are in good hands and give them the best care.

The veterinarian staff is always pleasant and even my small dogs who don’t like anyone love going in to see you guys. You also took great care in cremating my fur baby a few years ago, you were so kind and gentle with me. Thank you for being the best.

We have used Park's boarding services for almost a year now, and have always been very impressed with their care. Our 6 year old pup recently had to have an overnight stay with Park's, and their staff took excellent care of him as well as giving me daily updates. He's back home, and feeling better than ever.
