These guys do an amazing job. Today I got treatment on 8/28/22 The technician was intelligent informative and thorough. Bugs don’t live here anymore Thanks Orkin

The lack of communications from everyone with the exception of one technician, David earns a two star rating. Lack of follow up was frustrating. Shortly after a second treatment was completed I received a call from another tech that he was at my residence to spray.

The gentleman who serviced our home was very knowledgeable, friendly and was super easy to work with. Thank you for handling something I’ve been trying to handle myself.

The gent who came out was very nice and did a thorough job give the man a raise its not very often you get a man who is good with people and does the job right ! Very professional kind and punctual

Phil was the tech and he did an excellent job. Very thorough and concise on the operation and what to do afterwards. Will definitely use again!

They changed the time of our appointment to very early morning (7-8am) which is not convenient for us. So they came and only did an outside service. We prefer afternoon times so please schedule accordingly.

I received two prices which ended up being two separate work orders for the project. I wasn't told the entire job would cost the combined figures. The representative stated whatever was on the paper was the price without saying there were two separate orders for the entire job. When I signed the papers the representative rushed us through because he was in a hurry to get to his son's ballgame. I only found out we owed an additional over $2000 when I called the billing company Orkin uses. I emailed the Orkin representative. Never heard from him. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Orkin to anyone.

The gentleman who came around to offer the services and explain it was very thorough. I thought the guys that came to the house were maybe not the best I was a little disappointed in that they put one clear out from the edge because we had a rain barrel there I think they could’ve either put it beside it or I don’t know maybe I just don’t know what it should be. Hopefully it will do the job in front of the house where I had flowers and there were rocks again I was not pleased that they didn’t do it differently but maybe that is the way it is supposed to be and if I don’t have termites I think I can deal with it

Very disappointed. The guy who originally came to check out our house was great. Very helpful and responsive. However after scheduling our first treatment nobody showed up for it. I gave Orkin a call about it and they weren’t sure why nobody ever showed up. We rescheduled it for a week out and same thing happened. Nobody showed up. I was told someone had to be at the house for the initial appointment to sign paperwork and it’s ridiculous taking time off work to be available and nobody shows up or bothers to give us a call to let us know they can’t come. Would not recommend.

For anyone considering using Orkin for bats, go somewhere else. Any private contractor in the area will be able to provide quality work that does not break the bank. Here is what a bat exclusion from Orkin will do for you! Caulk facia and trim, put in a one-way (1ft rolled up chicken wire and steel wool in an area where bats have entered your house), and install cages over vents on your roof. They will do this within 2 hours and charge you over $1,800. If you are able-bodied and have even the most minimum of know-how, buy yourself the tubes of caulk and cages and save at least $1,600, depending on the new vent covers you need. They also will not provide you with a breakdown cost from material and man hours. This is because Orkin and their salesmen know how badly they are ripping people off. Please heed the warning, and save yourself time. This has been the worst experience of "professional services" I have ever had. They do not fix the problem. They cover it up and could damage your home more.
