Always an O'Reillys fan. Staff was great this morning. Stopped in twice, both cashier were friendly, helpful and personal. Glad i chose s.locust location theyre fabulous.

Had the part I needed, but what a process. The counter help is the epitome of on the job training. Punching the keyboard without a clue of how to find the part isn’t customer service. If you hire people, take the time to train them. Giving them a shirt isn’t training. This wasn’t the first bad experience at this location, but it will be my last. There are numerous other parts stores in town. Do yourself a favor and pick one.

O'Reilly's has been my go to auto parts store for years. I can almost always count on a friendly staff who can help me get the parts I need at a good price. Almost every time I have tried stopping at any of their competitors I end up going to O'Reilly's because the competitors either don't have what I need, can't get the part quick enough or they can't find it.

Wonderful and Knowledgeable Manager and Staff. I drove my pickup from Michigan to Wyoming and on the way there we broke down in Grand Island. This auto parts store had everything in stock that we needed and we were back on the road in 2 hours.
