Miller Tire Pros & Service

This is my first visit to this tire shop. I had a slow leak in my rear tire and wanted to make an appointment. I stopped in late on a Friday afternoon and even though they looked pretty busy they said they could fix it right now and save me a trip back. I have big low profile tires on a sports car and was a little concerned, they said we do these all the time. The leak was hard to find, but they did find it. I went to go pay, they said 'no charge' but gave them $20 anyway. I did not buy my tires there, but I will be back when I need replacements. Thanks!

Best staff and service I've had the joy of experiencing in this field. I recommend everyone to go to Millers when the need their car taking care of.

Sitting here in their shop right now. My car broke down on the way to back home to Colorado and these guys were the only ones who helped. I can’t remember the last time I had this good of service. They checked on my car to see what was going on and they were accommodating as I sat and waited for a family member (who drove from Colorado) to come pick me up. These guys really cared about the work they did and their customers. I’m hoping to never be in this situation again, and I am not sure I will be back just because I usually only drive through the area. But if I lived around Grand Island, NE, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Thanks, Miller Tire.

Guys were super friendly, had a stuck bolt on a caliper I couldn't get loose while trying to do my own brakes, brought in my parts and they replaced my brakes and rotor with self acquired parts. For $30 it was totally worth the wait. The area seems semi shady but don't let that fool you, these guys are friendly and care about your vehicle, they definitely show that through their services. We had our check engine light come on unexpectedly while passing Grand Island, and the staff at Miller were able to get us in for repairs without an appointment on a Saturday. Nice waiting area with a tv. The staff even offered to drive us to a local bar while they worked on our car for a couple hours so we could get some food and watch the football game. The employee that dropped us off even paid for each of us to have a beer. So thankful we came across them!

This is where you want to take your car/truck/suv!!! We took our car here just before we moved for tires on our van and had a great experience! That was back when they had first opened. Things have changed so much as we see their business has expanded over the years. One thing that hasn't changed is their outstanding customer service. The owner must have a knack for picking the right people for his business because we have never been treated better by any other company then the men and women who work here!! Always greeted right as you walk in the door, employees are friendly, respectful, informative and there to seriously help you in the best way they can! We called just one day before we were coming to town to get 3 new tires put on our van. Jon ordered them and got us in right away when we got into town. He made sure to keep me informed as to how long it would take as I had my 4 children with me and been on the road for 2 hours. They have a very nice, clean comfortable shuttle service, Doug was so polite and drove perfectly! They took us to our hotel and offered to pick us up when our car was done. There was a hiccup with the ordering of our tires being that they were the wrong size. Again this where these guys & gals shine!! The mistake they owned was their fault and gave us top of the line tires which we told them we couldn't afford for the same price as the tires we bought orginally!!! They knew i had my kids with me and we needed to be places!! Jon even stayed until 830 while i figured out rides for my kids to make it to their events and waited for me to get there to pick up my van! Who does that???? Miller tires does!!!! He didnt complain, he apologized and was nothing but amazing at helping us!!! We live 2 hours away and we will continue to bring our cars here because they are just amazing good people that genuinely want to help you and make sure your safe on the car you have. Lastly but certainly not least, Jon walked me through eveeything they did, before they did it, after they did it and the billing. I dont know a thing about cars, but he really took the time to explain things to me and make sure I knew what was going on. It is so hard to find good people these days that just want to help you, but thats exactly what these guys and gals are. Good people with good intentions and we will always continue to make the 2hr drive here for that reason. Thanks so much Miller Tires your awesome!!!

Service worthy of writing a review for! Knowledgeable and friendly service professionals; fantastic work; some of the best prices I've seen; and a true focus on the customer! Miller Tire has made a life long customer out of me and I don't even live in Grand Island! For service like this, i'll drive the 90 minutes from Lincoln to GI to be taken care of. Thanks Miller Tire for the great work you do!

Drove 400+ miles from Colorado to purchase a Chevy Suburban from a local dealership. Left with the vehicle Sunday morning, 3 miles down the road, NO OIL PRESSURE!! Adam, Ryan and John from Millers completely took care of me and got me on the road safely. Wasn’t a quick or easy fix, but they were efficient and didn’t take advantage of a stranded individual. If my Auto Dealership wasn’t in northern Colorado and was in Grand Island Nebraska, I would totally use this shop for all my recon. Thanks guys, super appreciative for your help! GO BIG RED!

I had my 09 BMW 335I sitting broke down for over a year, I finally was able to get it fixed and it desperately needed tires. You can imagine how excited I was to get out and drive my car around and I did not want to wait another day to get tires put on. I called Miller tire at 2:00 PM and asked about getting all 4 tires replaced and they said "yes we can do it, come on in" I pulled up about 3:20 and they changed my tires, informed me about tire pressure sensor issues when they were doing the job, I gave the ok wo replace them and I was out the door with a 3 year warranty on my tires. Very satisfied with the service. I didn't catch the name of the guy that helped me but I think he was probably the manager? They could not have a nicer more professional guy running the place. A+++++
