Conner was an amazing technician. He called me to make sure I knew he was at my elderly mother's home ready to check her AC and Heat. While on the phone, he told me about the maintenance program and how it could save her money on future check ups or problems. He was very patient with my crazy schedule and inability to make it to my mom's to follow up and get him paid. There were also several text exchanges as well to make sure I knew what had happened and to let me know how much her bill was for the day and how I could get that bill taken care of. I am so appreciate of Conner's patience with my mom and me and the great care and professionalism he provided. My mom even commented on "what a nice young man" he was. Thank you Conner for your quality service!

My wife and I have worked with McElroy for several years now, including a brand new Furnace/Air Conditioner install back in 2016. Recently, we had some damage done to our home and our Air Conditioner was a major casualty in that event. Tyler from McElroy came by the same day I called to do an assessment and make a recommendation. Furthermore, over the next couple weeks afterward he and the rest of the team were more than willing to work with us, and our insurance company to make sure we were compensated fairly for the damage done. When the decision was made to replace the unit, a team was out for the install less than 24 hours later and we ultimately, with the help of Tyler and the McElroy team, were able to come out of the situation feeling whole in regards to our insurance settlement. This is just the most recent example of 6+ years of professional and high quality work that we have experienced in working with McElroy. I would recommend them for any and all HVAC needs, 10 out of 10.

Garret was very professional, efficient, personable, friendly and answered all of our questions. Also a good salesman, he sold us an air cleaner. I might even save some money on kleenex now. ;-)

Garret came out to service our system and did a great job. He fixed what was needed and offered other products without being pushy. Would definitely recommend working with him.

Tried selling my mom a $14,000 unit because she was a pound and a half low on refrigerant. They told her she was 6 pounds low and that she's better off with a new unit. Someone who knows what they're talking about came by and put the refrigerant she needed in and everything works fine. Beware of these people scamming you and your loved ones who may not know what they're talking about when it comes to these units.
