Second visit. No real problems. Work done fast and effective. Staff doesn't love to see customers, but once they get past the "I hate customers" part they're ok. Third visit. Omg. Re-rated to one star. More info to follow, but rest assured, the way we were treated and the quality of workmanship, not to mention lack of integrity was unreal. Please please reconsider taking your car here.

I called and told the service department exactly what was wrong with my car, as I have had this same problem in the past in the last city we lived in. It was a break caliper issue, it needed replaced. My family had a road trip planned and the soonest they could get me in was 4 days from the day I called. They looked it over and called and told me all it was was a twisted break tube, I asked them to make double sure it wasn't the caliper and she assured me it was not. Fast forward two days and now I have a locked up break caliper and I am supposed to leave for a roadtrip in the morning with no car. The roadtrip includes scheduled Drs. appointments so it's not like I can change my schedule around. We are going to have to rent a car which will set us back around $200 and bring our car back in to get it fixed the correct way. This is the second place in Grand Island I have felt like has really disappointed me. I had high hopes for Levanders as we have friends who have had great experiences here. ****Since my first review Levanders has done all that they can to remedy the situation and get my car fixed. Rocky in the service department has especially been helpful I have changed my review from 3 to a 5.

I was coming home from an elk hunting trip. I blew a serpentine belt 1000 miles from home, spent the night in the parking lot. When they opened at 8am, I explained the situation to Rocky. They were extremely busy but they fit us in and got our truck back on the road. The price was very fair and the people were kind and professional. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Better rates for maintenance work than most places, very helpful and knowledgeable staff....they got my business!!

Had my jeep there getting a repair for an insurance claim. While they had my jeep they scraped my rim. I mentioned this to them and they assured me they were ordering me a new one they’d contact me when it was in. Haven’t herd from them since.

Highly recommend! Brought my car here scared that it was going to be a super pricey fix and take several days because of experiences I've had at other mechanics. They called me to tell me what the problem was and to ask my permission to go ahead and fix it. They had my car done before noon the day I dropped it off. And was probably the cheapest bill I've ever had at a mechanic. Quality work at a great price.

These folks are great. I broke down on the interstate near Grand Island NE. My serpentine belt had come apart. I google searched and found Levander's about 5 miles away. I called them and they came right away and towed me in. They said it would be about an hour and took me to Anytime Fitness so I could work out while I waited. When the car was finished, they came back and picked me up. Wow! What great service and at a great price. I highly recommend them.

I had a very positive experience working with Levander's and would highly recommend them to others. Levander's was recommended for repairs to my vehicle following a motor vehicle accident. Upon contacting them about my situation, they completed an assessment to determine if my car was safe to drive and scheduled my vehicle for repairs. Once the repair process was started, I was informed throughout regarding the status of my vehicle and anticipated date of completion. Levander's was also very helpful when it came to setting up and coordinating a rental vehicle for my use during time I was without a vehicle. Again, I would highly recommend Levander's Automotive.

Can't say enough about how good my experience with them was so I won't, but if I have vehicle trouble again they are definitely the only call I will make. 5 stars isn't enough!
