They changed my worn-out spark plugs and oil change. Next month there going to fix my hatch.they provided a ride to and from my home and they even vacuumed my car. I would call them a full service garage

My son ended up at Kim's by tow truck after throwing a rod while traveling across Nebraska, We had no repairs done, but the kind service we received was exceptional. Inspection, diagnosis, two-day vehicle storage, a ride to a place to wait for others, help loading the disabled vehicle onto our trailer, a jump box to power the trailer's winch, air in the trailer tires. All with an absolutely perfect service attitude. Refused payment, though we insisted. We can't speak to the quality of work, but with this level of service, we very highly recommend Kim's if you're in need of auto service in Grand Island.

Took car in and they noticed a high pitch squel. Wheel bearing was going out I am glad they found it so my daughter didn't have a problem going down highway/ interstate. It was fixed in less than a day very pleased.

Took my car to have my fuel system checked. They found the issue and helped get a plan to fix it. Very professional and super helpful. I'm definitely taking my car to Kim's from here on out.

Kim got my car in right away and it was done in no time. He was up front and honest about what needed to be done and had a total for me before work was done. After approval, the price did not change and he gave a complete explanation about why things broke down. I will definitely be using KARS in the future!

Took my Buick in for a routine oil change. Fast, friendly and professional service as always. But they went above and beyond by also vacuuming my car and cleaning the windows/windshield/mirrors. Thanks again for the excellent service! Won't go anywhere else!
