Kia of Grand Island

Stopped on our way from Scottsbluff heading to Lincoln and test drove the K5. The car was awesome. Christian Gappa was great and Joe helped finish things up with our trade. These guys rock!!

This Dealership worked hard & quick on getting me financed in the car I wanted & within hours, I had a new car. I will definantly be returning to them for my families future vehicle needs!! Great finding dept. & Christian was an awesome down to earth guy showing his knowledge with the vehicle I chose.

I'm leaving 4 stars not 5 for the recall service on my 14 kia optima. I had great service. The service advisor and the service manager ( i believe is her position). Treated me with respect a gave me all the information I had available. However, the 6 hours of work was only an hour. Thats great that it got done sooner than later. I could of have it done on the Saturday before, but being the book said that I needed 6 hours I was going to need a rental. I drove 75 minutes to get there at 8 (i needed a rental being I was told 6 hours). Just to realize I didn't need the rental being it was only an hour. I took time off off work for this when I could of had it done on a Saturday. I pushed out my appointment because I had to wait for a rental to become available, just to not need it. Even though this was frustrating I was treated very well. The treated my car well and overall the two times I've been there for a recall it was a good experience. I would recommend.

The service department was unfriendly, didn't do what I told them to do, ordered the wrong parts, make wrong diagnosis of problems. When I live 100 miles from them I can not keep coming back because of their mistakes.

We had a great experience buying our new Kia. Their first offer for our trade was very fair so there was no negotiating necessary. And the rest of the process was very easy with no pressure to buy right away or add on things we weren't interested in.

Can't say much as this was my first time for anything to be done to my Kia, except to have my tires checked and they could not do it because they do not have nitrogen to fill my tires. The service took longer than I was told, it was only a software up-date, it took and hour and a half, when I was told it would only take almost an hour, when I asked why, they said their internet was slow. That is so sad. Just glad I did not have to pay for it, because then I bet the internet would have been slower and would have got charged more than I would have needed to be charged, since more places get paid by the hour.

I was very pleased with my service on a recall with my Kia Sportage It was done very quickly and efficiently. Shawn took the time to fix my key chain so it was secure.He also took the time to wash my windows before I left Shawn was very courteous and kind. I so appreciated my visit to have my Kia serviced! Thank you Shawn

KIA of Grand Island provided great support and service with my KIA optima. Jeff was very good at communicating what needed to be done and keeping me up-to-date on the mechanics progress on my vehicle repairs. As well as, explaining each step and repair that the mechanic had to complete on my vehicle. The mechanic even took time on his day off to finish the repairs to my vehicle, which allowed me to pickup my vehicle ahead of schedule. Very satisfied with my experience at Anderson Ford KIA of Grand Island. I would recommend them for any vehicle repair or maintenance.

It is very easy to schedule an appointment online. The staff is very courteous. Having a shuttle ride is very helpful. Anderson’s keeps frequent communication.
