Ken's Auto Service Center

My car broke down in the middle of the night and smoke was rolling out of it by the time I got home. I thought for sure it was going to take a miracle to get it working again but I called Ken's Auto and talked to Matt and he said he could get it looked at before lunch and see what went wrong with it. He told me it was the radiator and the alternator. I thought with the smoke rolling out of it as bad as it was it would be a lot more things wrong with it. I was happy to hear it would cost around 500.00. I asked my Dad and he said anything around that much is a good deal. Get it fixed. So they fixed it and by the end of the day I was driving my old car again. I am so glad they are just a block up the road. I always feel secure with Ken's Auto working on my car. It has lasted a very long time and they have kept it in great driving shape. Thanks Ken's Auto for fixing my car. It works great now.

There the only shop in town I trust. I worked at a shop years ago and stayed a customer there but the people that ran it changed and quality went down fast. After trying out most of the others, my dad said.. go to Ken's. He used them and had real good luck there. So I did and been a customer ever sense. They do a good job every time so your getting what you pay for. I have refer guys from out of town there as well as I knew they would be treated fairly. Those guys thank me after.. I do a lot of my own stuff but when I can't there the only ones I trust. Good people doing good work at a fair price..

I have used Ken's Auto for several visits since moving back to the area. We had Ken's do our work for us 30 years ago when we lived here before. We're Not sorry we went back! They are trustworthy, professional, and affordable. (sounds like a car shield commercial, but it's true) They even took me in last minute when I had a tire problem, and was planning a trip the next day! I would recommend them highly!

Had a bad wheel bearing. Went in thinking I had to wait, but no, they got me in the same day and did a fantastic job. They even gave me a ride to work and back to get my car. Not too many dealerships do that. Great service, and great people.

I called today 11/17 to about 4 other places and all were booked up for an oil change until next week. I don't live in the area and I had to get my oil change. I called Ken's auto service and they were able to fit me in. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. I was also told about something loose so I can get that taken care of since cat is still under warranty. I will be Coming back to them for sure.

I'm from Wisconsin and en route here to Nebrask a shield from under neath my car came loose while on the highway and flew out. I called Kens this morning when they opened, spoke to Brenda, explained what happened and they got me in right away. Matt looked at it, took pictures and showed me what had happened. He assured me that everything was intact and I was good to go. Very nice people and so accommodating. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my car there to get fixed and left with a another problem, that I know for a fact I didn’t have before I brought it there. My power steering had a serious leak all of sudden. I called and told them about it and of course no one took ownership for what happen. So I call up there because my power steering pulley came off due to the leak they created and Ken tells me that he’ll give me a call back about it in a hour and 30 minutes for the price of getting it fixed smh mind you I have given these people thousand dollars to do work on my cars thought I can trust them but they played me, I don’t recommend anyone going to get there cars fixed here because you might leave with another issue.

Called on a monday to make appt, was scheduled for Wednesday. Got a call same day with a diagnosis. Car was fixed and ready by 10a.m on tuesday. Other shops told me it would be at least 2 wks for appt. I am so grateful for Kens auto to get me back on the road so fast

Ken, Matt, and their professional team have served my family for decades. They are honest, forthcoming, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

After trying a few other auto repair shops and dealers, we went to Ken's on a passing recommendation. We couldn't be happier. They solved an ongoing electrical problem three different places had worked on with no results but a bill. They fixed it in one service call like it wasn't a problem. Then just today they fixed a couple other issues, and apologized for the cost, which was more than reasonable. I am thrilled to have found a shop that's friendly, reliable, and not exorbitant.
