Island Towing

Quality, Prompt, Professional Service. We had an issue with a rental car, and the rental company sent Island Towing out to retrieve the vehicle. The driver was prompt, professional and courteous. I also very much appreciated that I left my brand new Oakley Sunglasses in the car, and when I contacted them they promptly retrieved them, and kept them safe for me for pick-up. So, have to add HONEST to the list of things that I respect about them, and that my friends is the most important of them all. THANKS!

I just want to warn everybody that's a lot of town do not call these people cuz they're not open 24 hours they left my car sitting in the parking lot and the driver refused to pick it up because he said he didn't know if it was paid for or not could have been sitting at a automotive shop he had no idea if I had work done on it or not did you get the chance to pick it up until sometime Monday so beware if you from out of town and you don't know anybody do not call these people you will be sitting there

Scott was fantastic dealing with my insurance. The ins wanted to initially tow my vehicle. Matt was super helpful when they first came out and unlocked the car and go it going. They even reached back out to the warranty company when it would not start again not even an hour later and returned and helped again! Can not thank them enough! Highly recommend Island Towing!!!!

417 dollars for one night. Wrecker driver was extremely rude and front desk lady was not helpful at all. Island towing would not release my behicle to me until i had registered my car with dmv. So i called grand island PD and they told them that was not in there scope of business. And as a final “F” you i left my laundry in my car and one of them punctured a hole in my laundry soap leaving soap all over my clothes.

Very kind and helpful dispatcher. I'm from Califonia and had no idea where to be towed They assist me with the knowledge I needed to get me vehicle to the proper place. Hands down recommend company that appreciates the worst times someone may be in.
