Services weren't great and not that friendly either. Also I think they overcharged me for a shellac when I just got regular paint. Didn't realize until later but not impressed. Been here a few times and it's usually subpar.

My sister's nails looked great, she got acrylics. My fiance and I got pedicures, his water was way too hot and mine was cold. The woman doing our pedicures was sighing the whole time and didn't do a very nice job. I dont normally go here and I won't be going back. I paid extra for a higher pedicure package and it was not worth the extra money.

They do good designs but I got dip powder nails and the lady who did them used the electric file so much it hit my real nails and it started to burn it. They also overprice everything! Taking off my previous dip color costs $10 when other places charge $3 or $5. Normal dip color is also $35, other places are $30. The next day my dip nails were already shipping shine. Will not return and don’t recommend.

I asked the lady to keep my nails as they were and she instead made them way shorter than what I had said and she didn’t even do the right color I had asked for. Also I felt like the whole time she was doing my pedicure and manicure, she was rushed and just wanted to get done fast and didn’t really take her time.

I took my kiddo with me to get pedicures. It was typically busy, so we expected a wait. But after the let my kiddo soak for an hour prior to starting the pedi, I was not very happy. They also started on another customer that had arrived AFTER we had prior to starting on my kid. I ended up skipping my polish because I felt like they were rushing my pedicure, and they did poor quality—I still had sugar scrub and lotion left on my legs. I am very disappointed in the service we received. Island Nail has always been a good place. What happened?

I had came in and I waited for a hour just to get acrylics and they put like 2 other customers before me that came in a little while after me no appointment scheduled ahead of time when I have been waiting for like ever to get my nails done so I'm probably gonna try and find a different nail salon cause they are good at acrylics but they take literally forever

Very friendly and the staff seemed happy as they were laughing a lot. The manager looked professional and her staff respected her. As a guy I didn’t feel judged and that’s hard to find when looking for a nail place.

My friend and I went there . She had acrylic done ,I had gel manicure. She was done before me. I had to sit and wait, some people coming in after me ,didn't have to wait as long,I wanted an ombre finish,I was told I couldn't get it

I had to jump back on again after looking at their pamphlet and realized how badly they over charged me. I am so disappointed in their dishonesty. If you are not a regular customer they obviously try to swindle you! Shame on them! I also heard them telling a first time customer they couldn't but designs on regular nail polish and it had to be shellac, that is a straight up lie!

the worst experience i’ve ever had. the lady was pushing my hands all over the place then kept bumping my hands onto the bored and got all mad and she did this 3x and then she put a backwards j and i asked her if she could fix it and she gave me attitude but whatever i just wanted my nails to look decent and then she put 2 different kind of whites and then hardly painted my full finger and didn’t shape them all the same some round and some coffin and less than an 1 one of them fell off. still made me pay 70$ for a full set. the highest ive paid for acrylics was 50. NEVER COMING BACK.
