Started work on a Monday. Came home that night to find that I had to quarantine due to covid. Left my tools in the work truck that Monday and come back to missing tools. That place is a joke!

I sought 3 different quotes when I replaced my system. Being a widow, I didn’t know what I didn’t know. Marty was sincere and really explained things I didn’t understand. There wasn’t any push to purchase extras. The young men that came for the installation were very pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their work. Ali came and cleaned out my duct system yesterday and he did a wonderful job as well. This was a major investment and I feel really good about it. I just had my first routine service check. I got a text with his picture from Jared the tech that came out. I know this is Nebraska and we’re ‘safe’ but that gesture sets Indoor Climate apart in my opinion.

Going into my second winter in my new home. Island Indoor Climate comes to my home twice a year to clean everything, check my system and do filter changes for me to prepare for the upcoming season. It gives me peace of mind knowing a professional is looking out for me. I also have a whole house humidifier they installed for me last year that they service at the same time. I am thankful to have them!

Technician's and sales rep were on time and professional. The technician was respectful and even came early. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave us multiple options on what would be best for our home. He took measurements and calculations to ensure our equipment was suitable for our home. I really like that they send a text message letting you know when they are in route and provide a picture and name of who to be expecting. I would recommend this company.
