Dirty. And the random homeless woman accusing people of stealing her stuff when she wasn't doing laundry was pretty bad. Maybe hire an attendant and stop relying on cameras. Sticking to the location on Broadwell from now on.

Mostly good, but I had a problem with a machine, it didn't rinse, or spin, just kept running. No employee on site no phone number for assistance. Finally e stopped the machine opened the door let the soapy water go to the floor. Cost another $3.00 to finish my load,plus another half-hour of my life

2 stars because the washers worked good, but it cost more to dry the clothes and the place is filthy.
