Been going there for years. Girls are very good and friendly. We never have to wait very long.

This is an okay place to go for an every once in a while haircut, it's even better when your in a hurry. However, last I went in there I got in in a hurry and the lady was very nice at first. Once she cut my hair she asked if it looked good to me and I said I wanted the top shorter and she proceeded to argue with me that she couldn't go shorter even though I requested it. Now that I have been home and taken a couple showers I have noticed it is at least 1 inch longer on one side than the other when I would have much rather it be even on top. Definitely would much rather pay the more expensive price for a more properly done haircut next time.

Super fast, good haircut. The girl that cut my hair was in a pretty bad mood but it get it, i did come in right at opening. Still tipped 10 dollars with no thanks but thats ok.

Spent 14 to have to go home and shave my head. Left my hair patchy. Asked for an inch off my beautiful hair and left with a mullet. No im not kidding a full mullet. Cried when i got home Dont go unless you want to be bald.

My girlfriend got a haircut here, she gets a mens cut, and it was by far thee WORST haircut she has ever gotten. She had a picture as reference from a previous haircut she had gotten and the stylist was very cooperative at the beginning on what she wanted, however when she got closer to the top and the sides it was NOT blended, it was WAYYY shorter than what she wanted on the top and needless to say she butchered it, and will NEVER go back to Great Clips. Seems to me like they should be careful with who they hire, considering this isn’t the first or second time ive had to leave a bad review for this establishment. 😒

Always a good haircut at a great price! Thank you to all the gals. They are super friendly and all professional, courteous and friendly. Easy on line check it's and if you sign up for promotion, they often mail out great coupons. The app is easy to navigate and it makes checking wait times easy. Even though they're busy most of the time, wait times are never too long. Jenn and Cassie staff up on peak days and at peak times. Always pleased with my cut at Great Clips Grand Island! 5 gold stars for the clean and professional business.

They don't know how to do women cuts, it took 3 stylist to do my hair and not even with all 3 of them I was happy. They should just have told me they didn't knew how to do that cut.

Didn't have to wait and it was great experience with the people that work there. Not bad prices. Will go back!
