Dr. Rief went above a beyond to take care of metofay. Camryn was professional and pleasant. Shelby and Dr. Rief were excellent! Can’t say enough about how wonderful they all were. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have to wait an hour or more almost everytime i schedule an appointment. I understand they are busy and i dont mind waiting at times because our doctor is worth it but everytime we come is a little extreme. Young kids in a waiting room for an hour or more, even 20 min or more gets to be stressful. We call and say if we need to cancel or are running late maybe you need to make calls stating she is running late and we can reschedule or come in later so we arent waiting as long.

Went in with a terrible stomach ache. They did some tests and then said they would have to call me to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. I waited for a call, but never got one, so I called them and they told me to call again during business hours. I've had this stomach ache for 36 hours now and have already had to call in sick to work. I can't afford to keep calling in until the Grand Island Clinic decides it's time to figure out what's wrong with me. I guess if whatever you have is not immediately life-threatening, they don't make you a priority.

Have been a patient for 20 years. Every experience has been excellent! They really care about the patient. Our whole family has gone to see Dr. Mindy Rief and Dr. Shay McGowen. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dr McGowan and his assistant Jo are awesome!!! They are super great at explaining everything and he really does care! I am constantly telling people to go there because my experience with the entire staff has been exceptional!!

I got my teeth cleaned by a nice lady named Kelly. She did an extraordinary job cleaning my nasty teeth. She had to do a lot of extra scraping and I almost felt bad for her having to do the extra work. Turns out plaque turns into a concrete like substance. I said maybe I should show up every six months instead of every two years and she agreed in the most polite way possible. Dr. Shay put 4 fillings in my teeth the week before. The process was quick and as painless as one could expect at the dentist. His assistant Tonya was very professional and outgoing. She made the process very smooth.

Kind, efficient, truly professional, and always there for you... what else could you ask for in a dental office? These are folks who understand not just their craft, but also the fact that their clients are all too often stressed out and none too glad to be in the office - and yet they make you feel right at home and go out of their way to take care of your issues. I simply can't recommend these folks highly enough... and this is coming from a guy who had a root canal. :D (By the way, the 4.6 rating that they have here is simply because of a mistaken review - see below. This is every bit a five star office.)

The staff was very nice and welcoming. I usually dread going to the dentist to have my teeth cleaned, this visit was gentle, quick and thorough, and I don't have any cold sores showing pressure points. I will definitely return.

The morning of my appointment, I woke up with a 103 fever, I had a friend take me for a COVID test, and was told to isolate until the PCR test result was back. I few minutes after my appointment was set to start, they texted me and I let them know that I likely had COVID (test did come back positive later) They responded for me to call to reschedule. When I did, they demanded $1,000 before they would even reschedule my appointment. This despite always paying my bill in full at the time of service. This for trying to protect their staff and being more concerned with the fact that it hurt to move than with contacting them immediately. Their prices are significantly higher than other area dentists, and they do not do financing.
