Reliable with low turn over rate. They love the kids as their own! Will recommend to everyone!!

Many extra fees if late or elect to postpay but slow to reinburse funds when prepay and leave per contract agreements.

We bring our Grandson here occasionally. He seems to like it there and the people are very friendly. The cost is reasonable and affordable.

My daughter goes to this daycare and all of the girls here are the absolute best!! My daughter never wants to leave because she loves her teachers so much!

Did they ever get rid of the black mold? Also child and teacher ratio in ratio yet? Or r they to busy on their phones?

One of the most unprofessional centers I have ever dealt with. My son was bit 6 times in ONE week from the same child.I would not recommend taking your children there for MANY MANY other reasons! Most importantly your child’s sake! I PULLED my children from Giggles, they did not discontinue care! I even asked if they would accept me taking them out right away than giving a two week notice. The owner then granted that for me so I would not have to pay another two weeks and take the chance of him being bitten more. It’s amazing the things people will say to hide the negative things parents have to say about the care of their children. It’s our job to protect our children and getting bit 6 times in one week is NOT ok. I asked for my son to be moved into a different room to prevent it from happening consistently. Nothing changed. Even with a THIRD staff member in the room. Which made me question if it was purposely happening to him because it continued even after they put a 3rd person in the room. That’s when I was called an “immature little girl.” I did not want to pay for that last week, so I shut access to that debit card off until I was able to go in and speak with them in person. I then received a phone call from the owner who stated if I don’t pay for that last week that day she was going to take back that two week notice and charge me for THREE weeks. And I am the one harassing the staff? All I was upset about was why my son was being bit almost every other day and few of those they didn’t even know about until I called after we were already home. It’s sad they think it’s ok to make it look like I’m the bad guy and I’m the one harassing, when it’s the other way around. I understand why they feel it’s ok though, I wouldn’t want my daycare to close down either due to poor care.

Constantly told they are short staffed and have been hung up on a handful of times on top of they don't completely watch the children when they are outside to play. I had arrived early to pick up my children and noticed the teacher not paying attention to everything going on and watch a older boy throwing things at my child she wasnt bugging him she was doing her own thing and playing and he continued to follow her and chase after her while throwing rocks at her and telling she was a loser and that she was bugging him I was furious 🤬 the teacher never noticed neither did any of the other teachers currently looking for a different daycare

They won’t pay you the owner (kala) just wants the money. They sit around eat and talk about others. They don’t care about your kids they are disgusting and let kids chew on the same toy. They'll yell at your kids and let other kids bully them. They’ll show no interest to your kids unless they want to.
