Fed Ex has trouble delivering packages; because the entrance door to be residence is shared by a business, they will refuse to leave the package. UPS leaves packages, but Fed Ex continually has problems for everyone in my apartment building. Even though we have a secure location for packages to be left.

I was at home waiting for my package to arrive and nobody showed up, no sticky note on the door or anything in the mail so I called this office and they say since I "wasn't home" they can either delivery it tomorrow or I can go pick it up tomorrow. Not today like promised, they said trucks don't get back until 6:45 and the office closes at 6:00, so i couldn't get my package today! Don't you think the people receiving their mail or packages want it on the day they were promised? how about you government jobs stay open a little while longer, i mean you do only work four days out of the week when some people work every day! Wouldn't recommend. Choose UPS instead!!

Don't let them fool you. This is NOT A PACK and ship location. Even though customer services tells you this location is contracted for pack and ship. They flat out refuse to pack per manager's direction.

Same as some of the others. Waiting on an important package, don't get a visit or even a door tag. I live in an unlocked apartment building, but it's like they take the lazy route and mark that they tried when they didn't. Has happened twice in the last week already. I am at my last straw. I end up having to take time off of work to pickup a package when delivery was never attempted. And of course you can't call the local office, you have to get corporate on to deal with it. Not good, guys. Incredibly irritated.

I paid $20 extra for overnight shipping for an iPhone for my daughter's birthday. When it did not arrive, I called and they said I refuse the package; I was home all day. I informed them that I did not refuse the package. They then said I didn't live here, They then said my house didn't exist. They then made me describe my house 4 times over the phone to different people, most of which didn't speak my language. The next day they made me drive 30 miles one way promising me it would be at their fed ex drop off, when I got there it was not there. I drove 60-miles for nothing with no apologies given and still no package. Finally 2 days later, after chasing down a new FedEx guy I found my package. No refund on my $20 shipping and no apologies given. Terrible terrible service every time I use FedEx it's a disaster!

By far my WORST customer experience ever having anything delivered. It is 3 days late and will be 5 days late by Monday since they don't deliver on Saturday! My package has been sitting on a truck since 9:30 yesterday morning the and was supposed to have been delivered 4/1/2021 it is now going to be delivered 4/5/2021. If I had my choice I will NEVER use FedEx again.

Had a very important package worth very little yet priceless to a 8 year old great great grand daughter. Weather caused a delay, was furious with the customer service representatives knowledge or options available to me. I am assuming because of this that I have nothing other then the local office to thank for getting my package there. They were scheduled to be closed, my package was only suppose to be delivered on a week day but someone who has restored my faith in humanity and service delivered my package on Saturday any way! I realize weather happens and things are out of their control but someone went the extra mile and I am very thankful.

The girl working on Friday the 19th of May was the rudest, most openly hostile public facing employee of a business I have ever met. If you have that much trouble being half-decent go work behind a computer and away from the public. Or grow a personality.

My driver keeps putting my packages at my detached garage. I tried to call to get this fixed and you can’t get ahold of a real person. It made me give a tracking number so I used the numbers of packages that have been delivered to my garage and it said I couldn’t complain because they’ve been delivered. I have a front porch. Why on earth would a driver deliver to my DETACHED garage???? I’ve lived here for four years so one can only assume I have a new driver. Who also today left my package at my neighbors and hers at....you guessed it...my garage. Good thing I had to go get groceries today....otherwise it would have been stolen by the time I saw it.

Went to drop off packages 2 days in a row. Website indicated open. When I got there a sign on window said lunch from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Employee was standing on other side of door looking at me at 2:25PM. Would not recommend believing website without calling ahead.
