Cant get a real person on the phone and can get $5000 medication to location in a timely manner. Priority overnight means before 10:30 am and it is almost 2 pm

Had to pick up a package here because I wasn't home when they tried to deliver. Was in and out in under 15 mins. Friendly staff and easy process

Its easy to get ahold of them if there is a problem. It would be nice thou if my driver didnt leave my packages in the middle of my yard in the gravel/dirt/grass/cat poop... I have 2 porches by both doors. 🙄 …

Waiting for 2 days for my packages to arrive. Tracking shows on vehicle for delivery, then back at local FedEx location both days. Not happy at all. Hire some more competent drivers, or don't offer 2 day shipping services.

I never received my package, My mom paid $80 on shipping to send me some snacks I like from Florida and I never got it, When I called them they said they will open an investigation and will call me right back, never received a call that day, I called this morning and their answer was that the case was close and there was nothing they could do about it, they couldn't even give me a reason why I never got my package, they stole from us, still haven't received the money back. I hope the driver that was supposed to deliver my package that day gets fired.

We run a business here in Grand Island, order a lot of supplies from our suppliers. Of course they can choose whatever shipping company they prefer, but FedEx has been the worst, all other drivers brought my packages up and always had good attitude. But the FedEx driver was complaining the boxes are too heavy and had a really poor attitude, I didn't feel respected. I had to move everything upstairs all by myself, and saw him just got a drink and left. He didn't offer any help. Really disappointing.

Good service from drivers, but when you call for information or help, the "operator" is a computer and in my case was a huge hindrance. Finally got a live person on to tell me how I was wrong and to go online...repeat process...human operator again says I'm wrong...argue for a minute and they find out what I was saying all along was true... They say my package will be picked up tomorrow morning....3 days later they pick up the package. Talked to driver and they didn't know anything about it. The only good customer service is real people, and it's best when they actually listen to you and help you rather than telling you that your wrong. You can't even do what needed to be done online.

The driver who delivers to Cairo, Ne. is very rude. Never know when the packages have been delivered, until I go out and stumble over them, as they are right in front of door. About 6 weeks ago, my son was changing a water pump on my car and this lady needed help to deliver a big box, but instead of using her dolly, she asked my son to do it for her. He stopped working on my car, to deliver this big box to the right apartment. This is delivery to the Hulett Apartments in Cairo, Ne. I wish all my packages were delivered by UPS. They always knock when they deliver a package.
