Do not let NaTosha fool you she is a scam!! The good reviews she has is from her family that she lives with and some of her friends they are not actual customers!! She can’t be trusted and is not reliable!! Don’t fall into her trap!!

I hired Natosha Halm for house cleaning bi-weekly and pet sitting while out of town. The first house cleaning was good, she got along with my pets great. The second week rolls around and she messages me saying her uncle is in the hospital in Colorado and isn’t going to make it, so she is on her way there. I fully understand and we make arrangements for her associate to clean the following week. She continually texts me about the death of her “loved one” that week. Come to find out, she gave this same exact story to a co-worker of mine three weeks prior... I had paid her to watch my two cats with a two time check in each day for one week. Two days into my trip I randomly check my security system to find out that no one has entered or exited my house since I left. I message her to see what the deal was, and five minutes later I can see her entering my house. She messages me some pictures of the cats and then leaves. I luckily had my dad check in on them about an hour after she left and she still hadn’t fed my cats. I call her the next morning to see why she had only stopped over once and she said she was confused on when I was leaving. Seeing as I had given her the days and confirmed those days and the number of visits each day I’m not sure how someone could have been confused.. I also ask why they hadn’t been fed when she finally did stop over later that night. And she gave me every excuse in the book. Lord knows how long my cats would have gone without food. This business is a SCAM, she will take your money and neglect your pets. NEGLECT of an animal is animal ABUSE and I hope she gets charged for it some day. For the love of your pets, DO NOT hire Natosha Halm.

We hired Natosha Halm to come to our home and watch our 4 month old puppy. Natosha was to come to our home 4 times a day. We went over all details of our puppies care. We were going to be gone for 4 nights/5days for our anniversary. We spoke at noon on December 31 and told Natosha we would be leaving after work and she was to come at bedtime to potty and play. Natosha did not show. We texted her and called her. We called our daughter who happened to be in town and she went to care for our puppy. The next morning and mid morning Natosha did not show to care for our puppy. Again we called, texted Natosha and even texted Natosha’s friend that referred her to us. When our daughter finally got in contact with Natosha around 10:30 am Natosha said she “Dropped her phone in the snow”. The reason we knew Natosha did not show is that we have security cameras. When we returned from vacation we called Natosha for explanation and she said again she dropped her phone in the snow. When telling her she didn’t need a phone to take care of our puppy and gave her a chance to explain Natosha replied, “Why does it even matter.” Being beyond livid at Natosha we said, “Pet sitting is your business and you chose not to come take care of our puppy for over 17 hours and who knows how long you would have neglected our puppy!” Thank heavens our daughter came over and changed her plans while we were on vacation and took over responsibilities of caring for our puppy. We would never trust or recommend Natosha Halm to care for any pet! Totally unacceptable and we hope that this helps save anyone from this nightmare!
