Elle Salon & Spa

Had a girl's day with family and we went to Elle! We got a hair gloss, hair cut, deep conditioning treatment, a facial, and two manicures between the 5 of us. We were all very happy with the services! I totally recommend this spa!

I am an AVEDA patron. I have been to a few of which I have been a customer for the years in which I lived in a town/city that contained one. I am quite particular with my hair care. I don’t go often but when I do I want quality stylists and products. The Elle salon did not disappoint. I had a facial and hair color/cut/style to redeem from a gift certificate I received. Serene atmosphere for the spa and lit and lively in the salon. My stylist took a lot of time consulting and asking her peers for their advisement and suggestions. I very much appreciate those who take their time!!

i went in to get my hair dyed today, she said she was able to dye all of the hair, but when i showed up she wouldn’t do it and said highlights instead and i said it was fine, but i wanted all the brown of my hair turned into blonde that way when i put it up in a bun or ponytail you can see blonde also, but there is still brown and she didn’t do what i wanted her to do, i said highlights throughout the whole hair, she only did one spot on the bottom of the hair and the rest was in top and it’s patchy, i don’t remember her name but she was an older lady and blonde with a bob haircut, and she overpriced me a whole bunch, even though it’s not what i wanted in the first place, all because she had another appointment after me 5 hours later, she was nice but she kept hitting me with her blow dryer and didn’t say sorry at all and she accidentally elbowed me in the head, and didn’t say sorry either. overall was an okay experience, want a refund. or to get what i want in the future. or to have my hair fixed too.

My Elle Salon experience made me feel & look awesome! Kayla and all the ladies are professional but also sprinkle in fun! Their Aveda products are top notch too. Highly recommend this salon.

Elle Salon always provides excellent customer service, if I need to change an appointment, they are always so helpful and get me scheduled to work with my busy schedule and I am always so pleased with my hair coloring and styles as well as the amazing pedicures and manicures I get! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Your truly deserve a 5 star rating with me!

I made an appointment for the first time at Elle Salon several weeks ago and loved it very much! I was very pleased with the outcome of my coloring and the beautician had an excellent personality and was very professional. She updated me throughout the process and made sure to tell me if I wasn't pleased with the outcome that I needed to let her know and would be invited back to rectify the situation. I didn't need to call and won't be calling again until I am due for my next visit. Keep up the great work!

Judy was awesome! Haven't had a haircut in more than a year and it showed! She cut (6+ inches) and styled my hair exactly as I asked. I love it!

Stephanie is truly amazing! She has a gift for making my hair look beautiful. Cut, color, and style. The Aveda products are excellent and I have noticed a healthy difference in the feel and appearance of my hair.

Used to be a reliable place for a haircut. Now every time I go they never seem to listen to what I ask them and just cut how they want. They cannot even give a simple fade or make hairlines even. Very disappointed in their work and their complete disregard of simple requests. Never coming back unless they can prove they can change
