The technician who came to service the Reetz air conditioner was super nice and very professional. He explained exactly what he would be checking and would let us know when he wash finished. A recommendation for Critel Enterprises is very appropriate.

Another company told us our unit was done and had to be replaced - Chris came out a day later, and had it running within 5 minutes!! Critel was back 2 days later for service and to replace a few small parts, Technician was great. Office staff was always quick with a reply. Knowledgable, friendly and best of all HONEST!

A great owner well known to get the job done and done right.. Highly recommend Critel Enterprises...Our experience and diagnosis was fixed in the same day. We was told by other companies to replace our unit due to age, and they didn't do no work other than sticking a meter in the AC.. Chris and his crew took the time to look for other leaks and fixed us up the same day blowing cold air immediately! And, we didn't need a new unit. It was great, especially waiting 2 weeks in a hot house.. Once again this is the company you been looking for.

We have used Critel’s for a several years on all of our HVAC maintenance needs, this last summer our AC had quit working, long story short by the end we decided to purchase a a new AC, and furnace unit. Chris and Eddie did a great job of explaining and laying out our various options that we had available to us, and explaining the benefits or drawbacks of each. This was probably the best purchasing experience of any in my life, I felt very informed about what we were getting and how it would perform. Stopped at the Critel Enterprises booth at the York Home Show this spring and explained my need to get more heat and air up to the second floor of my bungalow home. Eddie did a great job of explaining what could be done, come the next week, and gave me my best options and quote. The zonal system was installed with their courteous and knowledgeable staff. I love my new variable speed heat pump system!! I have had a few minor sensor problems but Chris and Eddy always take care of it as soon as possible. I highly recommend this Place and people!!!! Customer service was great, they helped us choose a new unit that was right for us without just trying to sell us on the most expensive option. Months after our project had been completed, the company still sends us rebate forms in the mail with all the information that they can provide filled out so that we can send them in and get money back. The installers were very professional and timely. We have been very impressed with the whole process.
