Never. Never ever again. EVER. Whitney butchered our daughter's hair. And the day before her big 8th birthday party!! Whitney was supposed to give layers and all she did was chop here and there. It looked like someone took pruning shears to her hair. One side much shorter than the other and bangs so uneven. Most horrible place ever and we will never return. Guess I learned to never stray from your regular GOOD stylist.

It was the worst haircut. She never even combed the lose hair out. I'm still combing out hair. I have been getting my hair cut there for years. It not even in places and I wanted my bangs shorter. Didn't notice till l left

My wife's dye didn't stay in so many blonde bleach streaks and streaks of the color she chose. Any way you guys will fix The problem? Over $100 and it didn't even last 3 days..We were there the 9th of February.

Brittnee hauver did an amazing job we went in and had her to a half perm on my fiancés hair she did an amazing job was very sweet n nice n made sure my fiancé was doing ok every step of the way n explained everything in detail about what she was doing n answered all our questions and even helped us and guided us on what we should do for his after care thank you so much Britt it looks amazing

I have gone to cost cutters since I was a teenager iv gotten my hair cut short iv had it colored numerous times and I still have yet to be disappointed in my services. They are always so nice to me and never fail to get what I want done done the time right. I refuse to let any other t business cut or color my hair I love the place and the people.

When I went, the lady looked liked she didn’t even wanna work. Had no motivation. She cut my sons hair and left it HORRIBLE. I gave her the chance to correct it…but she said his hair is just like that. Another lady came and tried to fix it but it didn’t helped cause his hair was already ruined. Her mistake was that she left my sons sideburns uneven, and the back of his hair had the line way up top and with no fade, and some hair spots where larger then others. Save your money and don’t go there.
