My daughter had the best experience at Central Nebraska Orthodontics. She had great results with her braces and we were given a clear plan of payment throughout the process. Always friendly staff too!

My daughter has been going to the GI office for 3 1/2 years now, when Butler was there we never had any problems. Ever since Dr. Myers is the primary doctor my daughter hates going in for her check ups, he has the worse bed side manor and is always very rough when working on her mouth! Would not recommend him at all!

Central Nebraska Orthodontics was a recommendation from another doctor. My sister & I both had braces previously as teens and in later years they began to shift. Invisalign was the next step to get them straightened out and couldn't ask for better results. Dr. Meier and his staff were involved throughout the entire process and made sure to specialize both of our cases so that in the end we would both be happy. Dr. Meier makes it his job to reach the results you hope for and more. We both have beautiful smiles thank you

Dr. Meier & Dr. Butler worked so closely together it made the transition so easy and comfortable! Due to some health issues w/my daughters, they were so flexible and understanding and made our experience amazing! I highly recommend all orthodontic needs to Central Nebraska Orthopedics!

I’m a divorced father of 3 and have used CNO for my two older children with not many issues in the past but my youngest was due for braces and I had paid CNO in full (So I thought) 3 or 4 months prior to my child’s appointment. The day of my child’s appointment I get a phone call from my ex-wife saying that it was only partially paid when I specifically told them I was paying for it all several months ago. When I look back at all the paperwork I received on the day I went into the CNO office there was nothing on my paperwork saying that only half had been paid. I feel like I was scammed and mislead. I feel like this needs to be known as for some other unexpected person may not be able to afford to be treated in such a manner. Not all of us are able to have the Funds of a Doctor or Dentist.

My daughter was completely happy with the process at CNO. The doctors made sure that everything was complete and up to our satisfaction level prior to taking off the braces. I appreciated the flexibility to get into the office for appointments, the team at the front desk were so kind and always considerate to my daughter, each hygenist that worked with her, and also the efficiency that each appointment had was very appreciated. I would highly recommend the team at Central Nebraska Orthodontics if you are wanting a thorough, complete braces experience.

Each person greeted me warmly and was attentive to the details I shared. I received two follow-up calls within 24 hours to ask if I had any further questions and to provide more specific details about my care plan. I was also sent a written copy of my care plan and a separate copy of my detailed payment options to review before my treatment began in case I had concerns or questions. I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience.

Frustrated does not begin to describe how I feel about this establishment. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting “Dr” Meier with my smile and with my money. I’m 27 years old with no dental insurance, and all I wanted was to feel confident with my smile. That won’t be happening because this place basically gave up on me, only after I invested $2,500 of my hard earned money with them. I had four brackets installed onto my teeth and when the wires from those brackets needed to be removed for a routine hygiene appointment at my regular dentist, I scheduled an appointment to have the wires be put back into place, I had to reschedule that appointment but when I go in on 2-15 I was informed that he wanted to remove my brackets and cease any and all further treatment with me. Claiming hygiene was the root cause of why he didn’t want to treat me, although I literally had my teeth cleaned a week prior to this date and had also invested a couple hundred dollars on a highly recommended electric toothbrush. I felt as if I was making progress with my hygiene routine but instead I was humiliated in the office by this man, I was in tears after hearing what he said. I’m still questioning why this person would have the audacity to say and do the things I have just described. I am absolutely devastated that I am now out the money I paid this establishment. Additionally, think of the length of time it will take me to re coop my finances to be able to afford starting care elsewhere, and that would be assuming I have the strength to be able to trust anybody to help me achieve my orthodontic goals. I just wanted to have a happy, healthy and confident smile. Mr Meier had never mentioned or hinted that all of this was coming, or that I was headed into the wrong direction or had made any mistakes with his plan of care. I just went in (2-15) to have wires put back into my mouth. I left in tears, embarrassed and confused and all around upset. I thought maybe I would receive a call or an email in regards to that days course of events, but no contact has been made. Please do your research, and take the time to get at least a second opinion and or treatment plan from a separate establishment, it might just save you the gut wrenching feelings this place has left me with.
