Staff was friendly and helpful! Even after checkout. I called because I thought I left my phone. The lady at the desk was by herself and had housekeeping check our room. She promise to call back in 10 mins. She called back in less than that!

Always stay here on my trips to GI. The pool is warm enough to enjoy, the staff is helpful, the rooms are spacious and always clean. Highly recommend the suite.

my stay was cozy, the bed was comfortable as was the thermostat and its ability to control the environment. i was happy with the kitchenette and bathroom area.

Hotel is new and well kept. Coffee dispenser, bed, lobby and shower excellent. In ground floor room we found one large bug in the room at night.

We stayed here while displaced from our home due to a fire. The hotel staff is amazing - very attentive to our needs. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff and management have made a bad situation less stressful. Highly recommend this property.

I was in a room with two queen beds. It was a good sized room. I was impressed with everything the kitchen was stocked with. The stove top was a tad challenging to figure out. I was on the top floor so the noise from other rooms was minimal. My only complaint about the room was the lack of lighting options in the bathroom. There's no nightlight or vanity mirror light to turn on in the night, you have to go full overhead and shower. I used the fitness center as well and it was great. I was pretty impressed with the equipment; it was much better than other hotels I've been in recently. It was strange that it's in a shared space with the laundry center but it wasn't a problem. The proximity of this hotel to restaurants, stores and the mall was great.

It’s a nice hotel and good staff, however the $150 pet fee is ridiculous. I would have stayed elsewhere but would have been charged for the room regardless. (We stayed for two different nights a few nights a part)

The suite was great for a family of 6. Thankfully we had enough breakfast snacks since ther was no breakfast included. We got some over priced yogurt out of the pantry to help out.

Great hotel. Was very full but still quiet. Bed was comfortable and had choice of pillows. Lots of towels and everything was very clean.
