Small store but still has a good selection and is attached to the mall if you have other shopping to do

The store has a majority of the tech stuff that I'm looking for. They have very helpful staff as well. A staff member by the name of Caden was particularly friendly and helpful.

This location was out of stock on many items/doesn't carry as much as they used to. The female bathroom was very dirty and had trash and random soap like spots splattered everywhere. Surprisingly had a PS5 available for sale

I drive a semi across the country and can go to any Best Buy but I'll have my dispatch manager route me all the way to this location because Connor is the best helping that I've seen across the country so this is my Best Buy

Purchased new lifetime replacement for screen protector for my new phone. Was told at time of purchase that if the company that the screen is provided through no longer provides for best buy that they would still replace the screen but it would be under a different company for no charge because that was the service i payed extra for. Three months go by and and I need a new screen protector and surprise the company no longer does business with best buy. Incompetent worker that didn't help me just says they don't provided the service I just payed for a few months prior anymore. I asked if he could order from another company and he stood up looked at me and says NOPE and just walks away and says you need to find it from somewhere else and that he can't help. When looking at the website the show that they have screens that can be ordered but the worker just wanted to be lazy and not do his job. Very disappointed with best buy lately. Obviously nobody in management there will uphold any standards or care about customer needs.

Dissing repeat customers Truth is, repeat customers are the lifeblood of retail. Today, 2 retail workers at Best Buy were chatting at their register, for lack of customers to serve. I asked for help to choose a tablet. On about the salesman’s 4th excuse for not selling anything but the most expensive model., I walked out. I took my habit of buying computers and iPhones at Best Buy with me

It's great. Has everything available, however Best Buy needs some cases for other phones. Like Ao2s

Got a phone here new line and it ended up taking 4 hours to transfer a phone number. I've never had it take this long. They were nice and apologized but a lot of time was wasted

Used to be a real occasion to visit Best Buy. Now the stores seems very sleepy, full of old obsolete items that get crushed by Amazon prices and lots and lots of very young sales staff that are just not super knowledgeable. Sad….

Bought a $64 item. Sales person said it was the right one. I live 3 hours away. It was the wrong one but the paperwork said to call a number and they would send the extra part at no charge. I did, she said no I would have to contact Best Buy. They said it was too late. I'm stuck with this item I can't use.
