I’ve always been scared of going to the dentists. I had to have a root canal and filling done and a crown. I had the root canal and filling done but the crown will have to wait until my next visit. Can’t remember why? But I tell u this was the best experience I have ever had. Pain was very minimal thanks to the numbing they did. Very friendly staff and help with some confusion I had on my part as getting another cleaning done. So yea, as long as they numb anything that needs it, I will continue to go back. My pain level is super low and hate any pain, even though I have tattoos. Hygienist and doctor were very good and friendly. Definitely recommend for any dental needs.

Took my mom for a consult on new dentures. They were professional, courteous and treated my mom (who's 88) with the utmost respect. Through X-Rays and impressions then on to the financial part, they were the best. My mom is getting the high end dentures she has deserved and at an incredible price. Thanks again Aspen Dental and the entire staff. You're the best.

Horrible. Staff was friendly. However I went to get an extraction as the dentist went to give me the shot with the numbing medicine he did not put my chair back at all, told me to look up so I put my neck as far back as I could and he then jabs the needle into my lip and say oh sorry. Not sure if he's ever worked on anyone before but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Worked my fiance in quickly and was very fast and efficient at pulling his tooth. We live 3 hrs away, but he wants to make this his regular dentist, so they must've done something right!

I went in for a simple procedure. I understand that me being pregnant added conflicts into it. However they should have looked at that when I filled out the paperwork that I filled in the spot where it said PREGNANT due in May. They told me they had to get a written notice from my OB to pull the tooth but didn't offer any antibiotics or anything if the tooth was in fact infected like the dentist had stated. The office manager was rude the dentist himself who looked like he was 12 was rude as well. I called a local dentist and they were able to get me in right away the same day and they will work around my pregnancy. All I am saying is maybe have your staff look through the new patient paperwork if you're going to accept new patients. I know now where I will not be going obviously. I will say the only positive experience I had there was the front office staff.

The pricing on the website is different than the pricing I was told today in the office. Nowhere on their website did it say that they do not have an on-site lab So don't plan on getting your teeth within a few days like it says on the website. The dentist and the assistant were very friendly and so was the receptionist. If I would have been told there was no lab on site and that it was going to take two to three visits and four to six weeks to get a replacement denture before I drove two and a half hours, I might have looked elsewhere.

Not impressed with the level of care provided. Was told I needed a deep cleaning that was going to cost me $1800 out of pocket. Got a second opinion from a local dentist, and they said was not necessary at all and just did a routine cleaning. They definitely were trying to scam me out of more money.

I was very disappointed in the staff and the dentist as no one introduced themselves to me. As a new patient it was a very uninviting experience making me not want to return. The dentist (Dr. C) wasn't really friendly and seemed to be in a hurry to be done with me. I am not overly impressed with them at all. Money seems more important to them than anything else. I am not sure if I will be staying on as a patient or not. The hygienist was fantastic and I really liked her. She is the only reason I would stay a patient.
