My daughter took her vehicle in because the engine had a misfire condition, after diagnosing the problem as a burnt valve Advantage had the valve replaced but did not replace the remaining failed components that provide the correct valve adjustment yet they told her all the valves had been adjusted. After visiting with them they said they only replaced the valve, they didn't replace and any other parts and that there are no adjustments to the valves with this engine, this would require the head to be taken apart again and have additional parts replaced (a second $1600 repair job). They didn't do an adequate job diagnosing the problem forcing us have the head taken apart again to repair the underlying problem. Update, due to the design of the lifters used in this engine additional work was needed to get the valve clearances, after working with our local mechanic and Advantage we were able to get the issue resolved, Darrin met us half way to trailer the vehicle back and finish the work to get it running correctly and without any additional costs on our part including paying for our mechanic in Sidney. Not only have Aaron and Darren worked on my vehicles (Mercury cougar, Honda CR-V, Ford Escape) for 9 years, they’ve given advice for selling a vehicle, where to purchase new tires, and always greeted me with a smile. They are experts on all types of vehicles and get the work done in a timely matter.

I don't normally take the time to do reviews of any business. So for me to do it for Advantage Car Care they must have done everything extraordinarily well. They got my vehicle in the same morning that I dropped it off and had the necessary repairs done by the end of the day. I truly had anticipated it taking at least a couple of days at a minimum. And I would have been ecstatic if I would have have if by the end of the week. Their price to do the repairs were very reasonable. I have and will recommend them to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE who needs any repairs made to their vehicles

DARIN & AARON ARE SOME GOOD FRIENDLY MECHANICS. THEY ALWAYS TRY TO GET YA IN AND OUT AS FAST AS THEY CAN.....

Was driving cross-country when my car broke down. Darin was really great. He took us in early in the AM and right away got to work. He walked us through the process and did a great job. We were back on the road by midday. Definitely recommend!

Very trustworthy, I have had work done on my Toyota 4Runners and Darin and Aaron always do what is necessary for a reasonable price, most importantly quality work. The BG products along with there BG equipment make for the ideal transmission maintenance shop also. Thanks for great service.
