Wiese Plumbing did a great job solve the drain issue at my church. Brian & his crew is very knowledgeable. Once they determined the line had collapsed they gave us a detailed estimate for the repairs. Even with all of the flood victims they found time to solve our issue. I would recommend them!

I've been using Wiese Plumbing for several years now. Great service and friendly, knowledgeable service people. This year we had to have our sewer line replaced. The crew that came in knew what to do and how to do it. In one day I had a new sewer line. Very pleased with the job they did. I highly recommend them.

Wiese Plumbing has been nothing but exceptional to us. Their servicemen were professional, timely and we have an amazing new water heater. The owners run a family oriented business and I cannot say enough about them!!

Called around 8 am this morning as we had discovered our water heater was leaking last night. They were pretty booked up, but they were able to get someone out to take a look at it within an hour or so of our call. The gentleman confirmed we’d need a new hot water heater (as our suspicions assumed). He told us it’d probably be tonight before someone could get out, which was fine, we were told they were pretty booked up. I get a call a little later from their office; they let me know they were able to move around some other appointments to get our new water heater installed. A little later we have two gentleman show up, install our water heater. All in all, they diagnosed our problem and got us a new water heater installed at a fair price before noon, same day. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and sense of urgency in our new homeowner time of need. Thank you guys very much!

Would not recommend, and it may not be for a reason you'd expect. I travel a lot for my job, so when we had a leak that needed fixed, I encouraged my wife to call a plumber and have someone come take care of it for us since I was not available. Based on the positive reviews, my wife called Wiese. The plumber came, did a good job, and completed the work quickly. A few days later my wife got a bill in the mail, and had some questions about the amount (because again, the plumber completed the work so quickly and the part replaced cost $2 according to the work order). She was transferred to the owner/manager who then proceeded to verbally attack my wife. As someone who has worked in customer service all their life, this is absolutely unacceptable. A simple explanation of the bill after the fact, or better yet, an explanation of minimum charges before starting work, would have sufficed. This is not about the money. This is not about the quality of workmanship. This is about the way my wife was treated. I should not receive a call while I'm travelling on business with my wife crying on the other end of the phone because of the way she was treated by a service provider. My recommendation: Wiese does a fine job by plumbing standards, but it is not a business I would recommend to friends or family based on our interaction.

Had Wiese do some work at our house, they did a great job! Great communication, on time and professional! Also they did a fantastic job on the clean up when they were done! Would highly recommend!

Added some water lines to the exterior of my house. The person that showed up did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. The job was completed well within the time frame that was stated, and the site was cleaned up when done. A+++ will be calling them again when I need plumbing done.

After calling Wiese plumbing on short notice this weekend. They sent two of their best workers to repair a broken pipe. We have never experienced such great customers service with their communication and making us feel like we were top priority. Huge appreciation to Brian Wiese and his employees for all their hard work!
