Very clean, fair and they went out of their way to accommodate us, while we stayed there. There were some very noisy people upstairs. The lady at the front desk talked to the people who were making all the noise.

The staff are always very friendly. We stay here when ever we are in town to visit family and are never disappointed with our accommodations.

The location was in town, and the outside of the building was very nice. It had pillars to give it a colonial look. The inside was nice with dark carpets and clean interior. Very pleasant to the eye. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we'll set up. I liked how the a/c actually worked. It had a TV and a mini fridge. The room smelled of cigarette smoke because we had to get a smoking room because no other rooms were available. The service was good, they gave me more towels when I asked for some. Finally the breakfast was simple but tasty. It was in a conference type room, from 6 to 9 am. Would come back for an overnight stay. Hopefully won't get the smoking rooms though.

Was semi clean and comfortable, but soft bed. Shower was clean and had amazing water pressure and no temperature fluctuation. This was our last minute alternative to camping. Entire place smelled like cigarettes despite saying non smoking everywhere. Breakfast was less than stellar, but we didn't partake. Would use again if in a similar situation.

In my whole life, this was one of my best experiences at a hotel. Very, Very, Very clean Hotel!! And the hall ways are so beautiful and elegant with tasteful soft lighting to accent the beauty. I stay in many hotels and this is one of my favorite. The staff was out standing also. And the beds were so great too, one bed was soft and bouncy and the other bed was a little firmer, and nice bedding!!! I plan to visit The Heritage Inn OFTEN!!!!!!!!

We (I) made a booking error with a hotel in Lincoln on College World Series weekend. There were NO rooms in Lincoln or Omaha. We called the Heritage Inn in Wahoo and they had one room available for our family of 7 and we took it. Kim and Don went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Rollaways, extra pillows and blankets etc........ thanks disaster avoided. Thank you thank you thank you

The Heritage Inn renewed my faith that customer service still lives. Del, Calob and all the staff were so good to us for our son's wedding. I reserved multiple rooms with changes up to the last week with no concerns. They had a conference room that was a saving grace for the arrivals to gather the night before and were there to help with last minute print jobs. Highly recommended.

My husband stays for a week during hunting season. The location is perfect as it is next to the grocery store and blocks from several restaurants. The room is very typical of a motel but the mattress was exceedingly soft. We actually flipped it hoping it was mostly just broken down. The room would definately benefit from a chair other than the straight wooden chair at the desk area. The room does have a small fridge. It was very quiet and the staff were very nice.
