Clean rooms, and this particular Penny's diner has good food.

Very clean rooms, DirecTV is nice! Might be about time to update mattresses.

Very nice room had to check in with Penny's Diner FYI because it took me a moment to figure that out but everyone was very nice.

The hotel was clean and very nice but the lady that checked us in was a total total rude individual

Bed bugs reception is useless

Rooms are always very clean. Staff is nice. The fitness center is a big plus.

Clean, Decent rooms, staff was very friendly. Diner nearby was a nice touch (the check-in counter for the hotel was in the diner)

Beware! I live in Missouri Valley and had a cousin visit from out of town, she made reservations thru Expedia and paid in advance the the hotel drew the same funds when she checked out so psid TWICE. That was in June and she is still trying to get a full refund.

Clean, one chair to sit in, a/c very adequate; equipped. for handicapped. Registration at friendly, and good food diner across the parking lot. Food is good.

Rooms are nice and tomblike, but the hotel skimps on towels, toilet paper, etc. I also could not take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom, despite my best efforts.
