I can't believe with such expensive equipment. They can't wash a vehichle right.. my 300 dollar pressure washer does a better job..

Great customer service, girl sent me through again for leftover dirt without me saying a thing. Even after two mid level washes, there was plenty of dirt in the wells, and running boards.

Tommy's Car Wash is clean and well managed. I love that the building is made so you can see everything. You can see employees walking around checking the equipment and cleaning. The fact that you can pay monthly and just pull up in the express lane and get right in is great. I believe my Tommy's membership works in any city so when traveling I can get my car washed using my monthly fee. They have made it very convenient!

I paid for a month's worth of car washes and haven't been able to use them because it won't work for some reason I'm still waiting for a call from the manager.

Really easy to use. Once you enter your license plate in the app, just drive in. Car wash was really fast and easy. Vacuums are free and very convenient. Floor mat wash was ok; but not aa convenient as everything else.

I enjoy the ride through this car wash and my car usually comes out clean. Love being able to vacuum my car out too. It looks better, but I sure do need to get the interior detailed.
