Food was cold after waiting 20 minutes after ordering, asked for manager, she was very rude. Hopefully she doesn’t spit in my food like she did last time!!! Will definitely be going back.

Lunch with daughter always fun here. Great place to meet someone for lunch.

Friendly staff quick drive thru

Need some adult supervision on their night staff.. too many problems to list.. what a joke.. gross and terrible

I went through drive thru. The male working was not happy. He never said thank you once. I felt rushed by home. I asked for ketchup after paying and getting my food. He gave me the ketchup, I said thank you and he responded with yeah and shutting the drive thru window. Burger was soaked in grease and fry's we're way to salty. I will not return.

Staff has attitude if coming thru drive thru near closing.

Food is okay. I'm told by the locals that I keep going at the wrong time of day.... Maybe next time .. Service is top notch!!

Lol okay first off you guys close at 10 not 9:30 I used to work at runza I know how closing goes okay.... you shouldn't have at your shake machine down for cleaning until 9:45 at the earliest, one thing you should've been taught was that you aren't supposed to run out of burgers, chicken, cookies, ect. Unless you have none in the store at all. You guys did a horrible job tonight and I'm usually really nice about complaining about a fast food place cause like I said I've work here before... and when I say you did a horrible job tonight I mean horrible! You guys really need to be retrained on how to be courteous and professional not little jerks just cause someone came through 30 minutes before closing. But to get to the main point, you guys messed up my order pretty good and not necessarily in the forgetting things kind of way... I had ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich extra buffalo sauce when I got it out of the bag all of the other things I ordered were covered in buffalo sauce, when I actually opened my sandwich there was buffalo sauce everywhere but inside of it i mean sauce was all over the outside of the bun but not the inside. Then the cheeseburger I ordered was the runza way when I opened it guess what? No tomato or lettuce.... good job guys! My favorite part of my order was how you know how there was all the buffalo sauce everywhere... you guessed it my bag ripped and everything fell out. Good thing I was in my car when it happened..... Thanks for a whole mess tonight guys it means a lot... Here are some pictures for proof. I'll be back in the morning to talk to your shift manager.

1. Chicken was paper thin, and so dry it could not be swallowed. 2. Burgers are not well done as they should be unless requested. 3. Fries are disgusting, whimpy or dark brown enough that they are not chewable. I am done with both Runza's in Fremont!!!!!!!!!! YOU should fix this problem or soon no one will eat there. Your high school help are very immature!!!!!!!!

Very good, homemade bread, cooked cabbage with hamburger inside baked bun, sandwich name Runza! Originated in Nebraska, excellent food, always served hot! Hamburgers of different varieties also on the menu, drink, fries or frings "adds a few onion rings" and sandwich special usually $10. Store offers drive thru, eat in and carry out. Unlimited beverage refills when eating in! Great stop, located on "Business U.S. Hwy 30" and there is another Runza store in downtown Fremont, NE located on east Military St..
