Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I went to raising canes on Friday 7/15/22. The 3 piece box looked like 3 chicken nuggets instead of chicken fingers. I received less than 10 French fries. This meal cost me just under $10. Total rip off.

Ordered a Caniac combo. Supposed to be 6 fingers only got 4. Can’t these kids count. Looked like they were all giggling and laughing. Called them back and they said to bring back the food. Not going to do that because it’s late. The last time I went there on my lunch break, I spent 45 minutes in the drive through. Seen a couple of gentlemen going in after I sat there for 45 minutes coming in and by the time I got to the window to get my food, which was wrong anyway , I seen the guys leaving with their drinks in there hand. Must of been quicker to go in and sit down and eat than go through the drive through. This place was a lot better when they first opened. And these kids think they deserve 15 an hour. Good luck with your future.

The chicken is done better now. Not as much a while back... Love the toast!!!

We love this, they have never made a single mistake on our orders as I know lately around fremont there has been nothing but complaints about fast food places. We’ve been here more then we’d like to admit lol so nothing but good things to say. Food is always fresh!

Always great food! However the chicken fingers/tenders seem to be getting smaller in size and quantity. Ordered a 4 piece meal and only received 3 pieces of chicken. I am hoping this is a simple, one time, mistake. I will go back because the food is soooo good.

This is a great restaurant. The staff is made up of attentive, excellent young people. The food is excellent! Compared to some other fast food restaurants, this one ranks among the top!

RUDE!! Went and ordered 100 pieces. She sighed and rolled her eyes went to window to tell the cook who in turn ROLLED her eyes. I asked if they had a problem?! And she told me "we don't like making that" so I told her then don't have it on the menu! Husband paid and we waited... Get out of town since we don't live in town and chicken skin is soggy and falling off didn't even wanna stay on. Will nvr go to that 1 again

I had never eaten cains chicken fingers, I did not want a whole meal, just some fingers. $9.99 for 5 chicken fingers, I paid, pulled up to window, asked if I get sauce with them...I was told, if I don't order sauce with them, I don't get sauce. Obviously this place is not as fabulous as what I had heard. No worries, I will remember from now on, go somewhere else.

When we arrived, there were only two other tables with guests. It was not busy at all. Placed our order then looked for a place to sit. There was not one single table and chair that was clean, not one. I made mention of it to a female employee who like a typical teenager tried hard to keep from rolling her eyes back into her head. She left to the back of the place where every single one of them were and by the not so subtle stares, you knew what they were discussing. Our food arrived. I went to get some straws and they were out, I looked for napkins and you guessed it, there was none. I spoke with a male employee and he soon after restocked them. While starting to eat, little miss teen America came out to clean tables. I'd like to speak with her mother as she could not for the life of her get one single table spotless. After she'd clean one booth and moved to another, you could still see sall the crumbs still left and or pushed onto the seats. It literally was something unexpected to see, it's too bad because everyone loves their food but if the restaurant isn't clean, you best pray before you eat, like you always should anyway.

Always a great meal at Raising Cane's. They only do a small menu, but they do it really well. The chicken is always great! The staff were attentive and friendly, and the place was clean and inviting.
