Paw Paradise Spa

Came here for the first time yesterday. Was in need of a new place, did the research and felt pretty good about Paw Paradise. Got to bring my 10 year old, fluff ball of a husky to Irene and let me tell you. She did AMAZING! Layla (my pup) has never looked so good! Ever! Everyone was so nice, very time friendly, clean atmosphere and Irene was so good to me and my dog. She answered every question I had and was so kind to me. Thank you (and Irene!) for such an amazing experience! You've gained yourself a regular!

This is the best groomer my pup has ever had! She is so kind to both humans and their pets. My pup is 18 years ago, blind, and really doesn't like to be groomed. The owner came up with a feasible, creative plan to safely groom him and get him to cooperate. I was so appreciative and relieved! What a blessing! I highly recommend Paw Paradise!

This was our first time getting our pitbull mix Ruger professionally groomed and I can't say enough about how happy we are! Our groomer was wonderful and took great care of him! She was even able to grind his nails with no problem at all (He has sensitive paws). We will definitely be back!

These people are great and easy to deal with. I look forward to bringing my pupper in for a bath and style. And his excitement when they're finished.

Coming back to edit my review, after the owner made things right, I think I owe that. I originally had a terrible experience after picking up my labradoodle this week. I did not want him shaved down to his skin and was shocked to see his results. After speaking with the owner she apologized and refunded me the full amount. She also went above and beyond by allowing me to come in with him to be fixed up. She was very professional and apologetic about the whole situation. At the end of the day, we are humans and we make mistakes. I believed that they deserved another chance to make it right, and that is exactly what they did. I leave the photos here so that others know, if you have a cut you are not happy with, please say something while you are there and things will be made right!

Muggsy comes home from paw paradise so clean and smelling good. They groom him perfectly from head to toe. So glad we have paw paradise. Everyone there is friendly and talented.

Recommend by a friend. I took my 2 Aussies to get a deep cleaning, trim, and nail job. They got the works, even a "breed appropriate" trim, as they called it. The entire experience was better than I could ever have imagined. So friendly, and the work was great. Nails were perfect. Fur was clean. They used a mild but fantastic scent (doggie cologne?). They smelled fresh and clean for at least 3 weeks or more. Price was very reasonable. They worked on both dogs simultaneously, so by the time I grabbed a late lunch, they were both ready to go. I've never used a groomer before in 40 years of being a dog owner. I'm not sure what took me so long. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My white lab Bentley is two and a half years old and HATES getting his nails clipped and also sheds a ton. After our visit to Paw Paradise I couldn’t be more happy. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It took just under an hour, and he came out clean and happy. We’ll definitely be going back.

First time grooming here for Lily. She looks great. Am very pleased with how they worked on her! She hasn't complained at all. Looks like we've found her new groomer!
