Ninja Steak & Sushi House Fremont NE

Went with family tonight based on their previous positive dining experience last year in May. Tonight, I was not overly impressed with the service. The waiter (young man) was rude to my family friend. Rather than patiently waiting for my friend to hand him back the menu, the waiter snatched it from his hand. I understand that the restaurant was becoming busy due to it being a Saturday evening, but this rude behavior was not necessary and put off my entire family. My friend is also a very kind man of color, not sure if this was an issue to our waiter, as he was pleasant with the rest of us. The women's restroom was completely out of toilet paper and looked behind in regular cleaning. I notified a female waitress of this issue and she seemed to attempt to fix it immediately. I went back to the restroom to change my infant son's diaper and there is no changing table, even though there is plenty of room for one in the biggest stall available. The restaurant should consider installing a diaper changing station to accommodate families with young children. I had to change my son's diaper in his car seat. The food was mediocre, not the best sushi I have had in Nebraska. Overall, a less than enjoyable experience (except spending time with my family).

Absolutely love the sushi from here! The mochi ice cream is worth a try as well. My only request is that they get more Japanese soda. That stuff is good!

We had a fantastic time! The hibachi chef was very talented and easy going. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely an awesome experience! We sat at the hibachi and the hibachi chef was amazing. Very good with the kids, put on a great show. Will be back, it was the best hibachi chef I have ever seen. Very talented.

The food is generally very good. Service depends on the specific server. The most recent visit, service was slow and we had to ask for basic things like utensils and appetizer plates.

We are big fans on hibachi grills. Once you find one you like it's hard for others to compare. We have tried several in Omaha and weren't overly impressed. I was extremely surprised when we found this little jewel. Excellent food, excellent sushi, and great atmosphere. We've already eaten here multiple times. It is worth the additional drive time to go to Fremont for this experience.

It's amazing great food and great service. They are hard working on a busy night may be a little wait but oh so worth it!!!

I washed dishes here.. I've picked up side jobs in kitchens my whole life for extra cash and I have never been in a kitchen this gross. Their dish washer doesn't even work. They leave dishes and pots and pans out all night until the next day to be washed. The kitchen is so bad, counters, walls, floors, wall too wall, if you walked through it you'd never eat there again. The food is amazing though. Everything to come out of that kitchen is absolutely amazing. Even if it sat out raw on the counter for hours before they cooked it for you. Sadly I've seen the kitchen and I can't eat it anymore, but I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

Food was super good. If you want the sit down hibachi area where they cook infront of you, recommend to make a reservation.

Very good on a quiet evening. Steak and shrimp combo was good. Steak was cooked medium. Delicious.
