Koplin Auto Care

I'm new to Fremont and I needed a reliable auto care center to take my old buick to. Luckily I found Koplin! They did a full inspection and told me the things that need to be fixed right away and the things that can wait. Understanding that the car I brought in isn't worth much, Cory and the guys didn't BS me about anything or force me to make the more expensive repairs. Their honesty, knowledge, and affordable prices/services earned my future business! Thanks guys!

I've been using Koplin Auto for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Their team is friendly and professional. They take the time to answer all of my questions in terms I can understand. Sometimes you have to make practical choices about an old Buick, and I appreciate that they offer me options and information without trying to push a sale. I trust Koplin for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They keep me on the road!

They were very professional and did a great job fixing my tail light. I haven’t had a problem with it since they fixed it. They also inspected my car and let me know what maintenance issues needed to be addressed.

Great spot, went here for a transmission fluid flush since my normal place i go couldn't. They went above my expectations. Highly recommend if you care about your car.

Terrible business practice! Do NOT let someone without mechanical knowledge take their vehicle there! They were to look into two issues with my (very high mileage) car. After having the car 41 minutes I got a text with their “diagnosis”. Numerous pictures of everything “supposedly” wrong with the car. Of the many things they were “recommending” to be fixed were… #1. The struts were supposedly shot … NO! #2. Power steering needed to be flushed… whatever. #3. Transmission needed flushed… had just 19,000 miles since last flush and manufacturer’s recommendation is 60,000 miles. #4. Transmission lines needed replaced because of leakage per attached picture…. The line had some residue which attracted dirt, wasn’t even a drip from it. #5. Oil pan gasket needed replaced because of leakage per attached picture…. Again no drip or sign of leakage that would require replacement. This car is parked in the same spot in our driveway every day and has no evidence of leakage, not a single drip in our driveway. Heaven forbid a car owner, who isn’t familiar with auto repair, takes their car there for repair to find that this shop is looking for ANYTHING that they can replace, trying to take advantage of people. I used to take a vehicle there for regular oil changes 6-7 years ago but quit going there because they tried to replace the same part TWICE! Terrible business! THUMBS DOWN!

They were able to get me in the next day. I left it at their shop. They called me the same day and said it was finished. I picked it up and the bill was what they said it would be. Issue was fixed successfully. Fast, Accurate, Affordable Service!

Good service and does fantastic work pricing can be a little more than other local shops but when I bring it here I know I won't be cheated and will get the work done right the first time

November 4th 2022 Koplins replaced a starter that had recently been purchased somewhere else and turned out to be bad. They sent me a list with pictures of things that could be worked on, but only fixed the things that I asked them to.They are very professional. quoted me the price and that's exactly what they charged me. Will definitely use them again if needed. Elene W

First time going here- not only did they get my alternator replaced in a quick amount of time, but they also did some additional small repairs that I was not expecting! They were very kind, and it was nice to have an auto repair shop not try to sell more fixes right away, just suggestions of what needs to be looked at in the future! Wonderful place.

This has been the best experience of my life at an auto repair shop! They have technology that helps give us the customer a view and reasoning and condition of what our vehicle needs! They are very patient and are able to help! I had a water pump issue in my engine and as many of us know that is a very labor intensive process. They got it done in 2 days and with quality. They offer an included 2 year warranty with everything they replaced and did. They took care of me and I have no doubt they will take care of you! I highly recommend them!
