Jetters totally remodeled the plumbing of two bathrooms, and the lab at our business in Blair. Clayton gave us a reasonable, and easy to understand design and estimate. Because of the new larger plumbing footprint, a recirculating system would have been required for hot water. Instead, he suggested replacing the old water heater in a new central location, saving hundreds of dollars and giving better access. They also put an old basement bathroom back in service to make the downtime workable. Dave and Matt did great work and did it efficiently. They coordinating with our business work team, and other contractors in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the cost and results, and highly recommend them! Jim and Lisa Grabenbauer

I called late in the evening with Hope's that someone would contact first thing in the morning. Darren called me befor 8am and Allen was here by 830. He was kind and informative. Fixed the problem and explained to me what the problem was. Luckily it was a very easy fix. He was in and out by 9. With 6 of us in the house it was a blessing that they responded so quickly. I will never call anyone else for future plumbing needs. Would recommend them to everyone! Thanks Jetters crew!

Called Jetters to get a floor drain in cement converted for a shower. Jetters never even returned the call after I talked with someone at their company who transferred me to the person who was "in charge" of those jobs. Poor customer service. If you're not going to call a customer back how can someone have trust in your work?

We had some much needed updates done to our plumbing. Jetter's was quick to get us setup for an appointment and advice on future repairs. Great service and pricing.

Called Jetter's this morning at 8:00 about a backed up floor drain. Cody was in the house and working by 8:45 and done by 9:30! Explained what was going on and what he did. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient! We will definitely use them again!

We were installing a new water softener and ran into some problems. Needless to say, we did not want to be without water until the next week, being only Tuesday, so I placed a call to Jetter's. They were very cordial and professional on the phone and were at the house within 30 minutes after the call. They fixed all our errors in very short order. I had a broken water heater. I called early on Monday and a technician, Allen, was out that afternoon. After verifying the issue and explaining it to me the decision was made to replace the water heater. He was very tentative to keeping my house as clean as possible. The new water heater was installed very well. He ensured I was familiar with the operation and warrantee. The old water heater was removed and the entire area was cleaner than when he came. I HIGHLY recommend Jetter's plumbing.
