Omg! They were amazing. They were willing to come out and help me when my cat got alleged stuck in my furnace! Long story short, I didn't pay a billion dollars for their assistance when NO ONE would help. Not even the Humane Society!

I called one company and they said it would be between $800.00 and $16,000.00 to remove bats. Our house is 114 years old. Travis and Clint did it for $350.00. Who knows how long they've been in our attic. They're gone now. Thank-you Travis and Clint!

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! We met Travis when he RUSHED to our house after we called we had a bat stuck in our gas fireplace. The bat could not be found when he arrived. Travis said to call him ANYTIME once we saw the bat again. We called him the next day when the bat appeared. Travis came quickly. Such personal attention! At the same time, I mentioned our fireplace stopped working and he added that he also makes fireplace calls. So, he fixed that, too!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks for any bat removal needs. Not only did they come out once, but twice and did inspections on my property. The first time I was told there was no signs of bat activity anywhere in the attic or on the roof of the house. I continued hearing sounds and decided to call in a second opinion of a company who had a wider portfolio of services that could potentially identify the issue. This second company (Envision wildlife and pest) immediately latched on to the idea of bats since I had already had the inspection completed by Heartland Humane and spent less than 10 minutes on my property trying to convince me that I needed to spend $1400 to do bat exclusion because they found entry points and droppings on my roof. He event went as far as telling me the bats could come out of the attic through my bathroom vents and if they made contact with me, I can guarantee I've been bitten and should seek treatment for rabies... naturally I was extremely terrified to continue staying at my house. I felt uneasy about the whole situation since the second company tried to pressure me into treatment so quickly and I decided to call Heartland Humane back to reinspect and make sure that nothing was missed in the initial inspection. They came out and reassured me that I DO NOT have a bat problem by re-inspecting the roof and attic. The owner could tell I was very uneasy about the whole situation and went out of his way to install an exit tube on the roof in case I was dealing with a one off issue even though he saw literally no signs of this being necessary, just to ease my mind and make me feel comfortable in my own home. I am so grateful to have come across a company who isn't after scamming consumers out of thousands of dollars for an issue that doesn't exist. Had I needed to do exclusion on my house services would have been roughly $600 - 800 going through these folks. Save your money and go with a reputable company who does the right thing.

Bat removal service. I called Travis and discussed a problem with a bat trapped in my house. He offered their bat removal service and within 45 minutes Clint was at my house, searched, and had the bat captured in less than 15-20 minutes. Fabulous service and worth every penny although I thought very reasonably priced - not a job I was eager or qualified to do! Travis was very patient, listened to my situation, made recommendations, and gave me several options including contacting animal control which would not charge for their service but would require eyes on the bat. I would highly recommend Heartland Humane Bat Removal!!
